  Need to start off by saying I actually never complain because I get it, but there was maybe 1 other table of 4 eating and the rest were just bar patrons. My friends and I frequently go to this location and have never had issues. We’re also not high maintenance whatsoever… not that we had an opportunity to be. Went for drinks and dinner with some friends. We were sat in the bar after giving the server (receipt says Holly G.) the option of whichever was easier for her. We ordered 3 mixed drinks, a pop, and 2 waters. The margarita we ordered never came. Our appetizers came hot and the gentleman who brought them out was lovely and offered us plates, cutlery, napkins that we weren’t given before. Our server didn’t come back once for the rest of the visit. She walked past us dozens of times and didn’t glance our way even with piled empty glasses and empty appetizer plates sitting on the edge of the table. A dark haired server had helped at some point and also never came back. She didn’t actually move from the bar a singular time after this. Eventually we had to go up to the bar and ask to just get the bills for our appetizers as it had been an HOUR and we hadn’t been checked on or given our food. The dark haired server said our food was coming right out and almost seemed annoyed towards us for wanting our bill after an hour of no one coming our way. Our food came out, it was warm. And then it was crystal clear that our server was drunk. She couldn’t remember more than one thing at a time and she was nearly falling over the odd occasion that she stopped at our table. Not to mention the fact that she smelled like a brewery. When we finally got our bills, the margarita was still on the receipt. We told her we didn’t get it, she asked if it was on the other bill… we explained we simply never got it and she said “love that for you”. Easily the worst experience I’ve had at this location, or in general. Would really re-evaluate who they have representing their location because tonight sucked.

  Samatha was our server tonight. She was amazing. Samatha was Kind, polite, smiled, helped with the food orders. spot on when it came to the drinks. It was busy but she handled al her tables wonderfully.

  Amazing experience from start to finish! The service was exceptional — Samantha was friendly, attentive, and welcoming without being overbearing. She made sure everything was perfect and checked in often. The food arrived quickly, was fresh, and absolutely delicious. You can really tell the staff care about providing a great dining experience. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and outstanding service!

  Holly & Cherie are awesome. They both made my experience at Kelsey's very pleasant. They were very curious and always made sure I had everything I needed and wanted.

  Went on a busy half price wings night. Unfortunately our server wasn’t able to take care of us , but Samantha stepped in and did an amazing job. Thank you Samantha you were amazing and extremely kinda considering how busy it was. Deserves every bit of praise and hopefully this review reaches her.
