That in itself is terrible service. We eat 5 Guys often. As we sit in our car, and read the system telling us “on your next order you can add your CC” then get an error message, guess what? your app has serious flaws. Let’s try this for a 10th time! Your locations should be honouring online deals when they themselves are stating “yes when you try to add a CC, sometimes the system crashes” as they are holding our phone and looking at the messages we are seeing. Shouldn’t be on the consumer to remedy! We have used online apps many of times with very few issues and this is the first place to not assist and honour. Shitty service 5 Guys.

Does Five Guys offer gluten-free options?
The only products we offer that contain gluten are our buns, hot dogs (Canada only), HP sauce (UK only), and the malt vinegar condiment for our fries. In Canada, our Poutine Gravy condiment also contains gluten. All of our sandwiches, including burgers, hot dogs and the veggie sandwich, are available without a bun via our wrap or bowls.

Why does Five Guys have peanuts for free?
Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
