  Our server was Liam, so amazing, kind friendly, efficient and very personable. I'm very self conscious as I'm bald from chemo, didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all, apologized many times for being busy and not able to chat more with us, but we totally understand!! Food was sooo good, hot fresh and very tasty!!

  My mom and I dined in on Wednesday night, taking advantage of the all you can eat soup, salad and bread, plus bring home a pasta dish when you purchase an entree/pasta dish/dinner pizza. We had Alanah L as our server, we could not have asked for better service. She was prompt and paid attention to detail. It was a very busy night and she maintained her professionalism and didn’t allow the volume of customers to take away from the overall experience. We will 100% be coming back.

  Stephanie did amazing. Our table of 6 did not have to ask for any refills, additionals, anything - Stephanie was on point, was kind, respectful - and went out of her way to ensure we had a great Mother's Day dinner experience. Kudos to her - a lot can learn from her examples, we appreciate her genuine kindness and care!

  I normally give ESM a poor rating but today I give this location a 5* because somebody there has the keen eye to hire Travis, the first person you might get greeted by at the front and you'd be very fortunate to be served by him. Sure, the food is above adequate and the deals are pretty solid. You can't go wrong with the menu. But if you go on the right day and Travis is there to service your table? You're in for an experience that deserves 5*. Excellent service and willing to accommodate our needs. Well done.

  Really expensive and noisy restaurant at dinner time. Salad, soup and bread are really good but I've ordered multiple items off the menu and they have not been good. Cheese pizza is always overcooked and dry bordering on burned not enjoyable. Garlic parmesan wings were awful, over-breaded and cold with no option for non-breaded. I complained and told the waitress the wing weren't very good. No response, no offer to make something else just oh well do you want a box to take them home? Well, not really....When we got there we asked about the specials and Waitress told us the starters were half price before 5pm. I specifically ordered off the starter menu as I wasn't too hungry and knew the soup and salad was really good from a previous visit. This is our second visit. The bill comes and its $90+ without the discount. I mentioned this to the waitress and she says "oh, okay" goes away with the bill and the manager comes to the table and tries to tell us the bill is correct we ordered items that were not the price we thought they were. I told her I only ordered what I ordered because they were on the starter menu that was supposed to be half price. The manager said that's only Monday to Thursday. I said then why were we told the starters were half off when we sat down? She finally said okay fine and adjusted the bill. This was for two small pizzas (cheese and Hawaiian), starter order of garlic parm.wings, starter salad and special chicken parm. The bill came back after the manager adjusted it to a whopping $88+!!! I didn't argue just paid it. Gave the waitress $10 for a tip, she was nice and tried her best in a very busy restaurant. Won't be returning the prices are too high for just average food. I wouldn't mind if the food was outstanding it wasn't and the noise in the restaurant makes it difficult to enjoy a conversation with family and friends.
