- TBTammy Lynn Boehler1 day ago5.0Derek was our server... he was friendly, quick and efficient. My fettuccine alfredo was lukewarm - in a blink of an eye he was back with a bowl to replace it. Best chicken parm that I've had at the Upper James location. It was hot, crispy and flavourful. What a great dinner especially when our power was out at home.

Our server Cathy was incredibly friendly, bubbly, kind and attentive. Genuinely such a lovely person & she made our experience so special!

Her service alone has solidified this location as our go to. Food and drinks were great. Will definitely be back and HUGE shout out to Jalene!

Food was as good as it always is. salad, pasta and pizza was cooked perfectly ..we did order alot more than our stomachs could handle and take home dishes were given as an option without asking... Overall was a great experience. Only downfall was it was busy( didn't wait long) but the noise from the crowd was as it was...not too annoying.
