- DGDakota GJul 1, 20261.0I came to this Dairy Queen to treat myself and my son to Oreo Cupfections, and unfortunately it was a terrible experience. This location has really gone downhill. I tried explaining an allergy/food intolerance concern, but there was a significant language barrier, making it very difficult to communicate something that could affect a customer’s health and safety. The worst part was watching one of the male employees accidentally drop the cup he was using to prepare our order onto the dirty floor. I yelled through the window to tell him. He looked at me as if nothing was wrong and continued. When I called out again, he dumped out the contents of the cup but still used the same cup that had been on the floor. At that point, I threw our entire order in the garbage because I no longer trusted that it had been prepared safely. The only response I received was, “Sorry about that.” There was no refund and no effort to properly remake the order using clean equipment. Food safety should never be optional. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend this location and won’t be returning.
