  What a shame. Not sure if this is a new business model or that they’re short staffed. Standing in a line on one side for pick up at another side, that is also filling mobile orders (uber eats etc) … very slow …. Lots of people standing around just waiting. It’s not the summer ice cream vibes … and the line is in a parking lot … not safe for anyone to being hanging around while waiting for orders.

  Felt sorry for the 1 staff member working on the hottest day of a long weekend. You’d think they’d schedule more employees, if not - the owners should come in and pick up some slack. Ice cream was great and the 1 girl working was nice, but quite frankly insane that there is only 1 staff on Monday, May 18th. Do better DQ.

  Like everything, prices have escalated. The service was friendly, accurate and quick. The ice cream was...predictable.

  Ordered three 4 packs of the cupcakes, so I should have received 12. Looks like they mispriced the cupcakes on Uber, so a 4 pack of the cupcakes ended up being really cheap. I didn't know or mean to take advantage, so I open the bag and there was 3 cupcakes for $23. I wouldn't have paid full price for these knowing how much $23 would actually get me. Pretty scummy to not take the loss on your mistake and false advertisement.

  I just went there at 8:05 pm at the Barton and Lottridge location, when the website said it was open and nothing open, in fact there was spray paint on the windows and the dumpster was overflowing in the parking lot. The website should be more accurate and have someone care for the stores a little more
