I just got a whopper and I drive home to my apartment park my car travel up to the 9th floor open my bag take out my burger and the bottom bun is flat as a pancake as if somebody squished it on purpose. I have consistently been given poor quality from this establishment. From now on I'm going to drive to the one near the Costco in Stony Creek because it has a better quality. I'm sick of people doing a half baked job in fast food.

Managers are respectable and seem to help out the employees. Employees are always polite and hardworking.
