  They served my kid spoiled chicken nuggets. I kept smelling spoiled food in the car and thought it was the garbage truck a couple of cars ahead of us. Nope. Got home and could still smell it, my other son said what is that smell, I said I don’t know, then we smelt the last nugget my 4 year old still had- smelt just like food that was rotten and sitting in the garage for a week. Called multiple times to discuss but calls are clearly pushed to a voicemail that has not been initialized. We will never eat here again. Total neglectful and disgusting food handling practices. I am fearfully waiting for my kid to start vomiting because it is without a doubt that they serve spoiled food. **** In response to your request to 'make it right'. When I said I will never eat at your restaurant again, I meant it. I called for 10 min straight with the phone ringing sometimes once then voicemail, twice then voicemail, half rings then voicemail. The phone rang up to 4 times at one point, then hit the voicemail. It was very obvious my call was being ignored. Could have been resolved easily with a simple convo because more than anything I wouldn't want another kid (or any person for that matter) to have the same experience. I WORK TOO HARD FOR MY MONEY TO SPEND IT AT A RESTAURANT WITH SUCH DISREGARD. IN THIS ECONOMY AND WITH SO MANY OTHER CHOICES I WILL USE MY BUYING POWER AT RESTAURANTS THAT UNDERSTAND THE VALUE OF THEIR CUSTOMERS AND THE MONEY THEY SPEND.****

  Upper James sucks. A rymal location is 10 times better, they always hit. Always a miss at the Upper James location Upper James uses no seasoning I swear, The burgers are never hot, The fries are onion rings are never crispy. Continuous poor effort at the upper James Burger King

  Disgustingly horrible, 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮 this restaurant was extremely dirty. Nearly every single table was filthy, greasy, almost as if they'd never seen sanitizer or cleaning product. The windows had a haze of film on them, again as if they'd never been cleaned, with fingerprints all over everything. The floor—don't even get me started on that. I could only imagine how filthy it is behind the counter in the kitchen prep area. I was reluctant to even go into the bathrooms... Do better; this is horrible.

  Long and poor-quality service. There were no napkins, and they forgot to give us cups. Inside, it felt like the ventilation wasn’t working because it was very smoky.

  I ordered cheesy tots and I found hair in it. I went back to restaurant for its replacement and I saw nobody was wearing hairnet and beard net. I see all other place wear hairnets and beard nets and it is awful to see hair on your food. This restaurant is least bothered about food safety and standards. Please work on it.
