The employee who took my order, whose name was Mann, had an accent that I found difficult to understand. Instead of being patient and professional when I asked for clarification, he responded in a rude manner by saying, ‘Is that everything?’ What upset me even more was that after I placed my order, I noticed him making fun of me with another employee because I had difficulty understanding his accent. As a customer, I found this behavior disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. To make matters worse, my order of loaded fries was served without a fork or any utensil. I had to figure out how to eat the meal myself, which showed a lack of attention to basic customer service. Customers should be treated with courtesy and respect, regardless of any communication difficulties. A restaurant should also ensure that customers receive everything necessary to enjoy their meal. This experience left a very negative impression on me, and because of it, I do not plan to order from this location again. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, addresses the staff’s behavior, and improves customer service standards at this location. And teach him some manners.
