Had a great experience at Munch Burrito! We tried the burritos and loaded nachos, and everything was delicious. The portions were generous, the flavors were on point, and the loaded nachos were especially good. Everything tasted fresh and satisfying.
One small suggestion: it would have been nice if they had added a little more cheese to the nachos, as the extra cheese would have made them even better.
Also, the entrance door really needs some attention. You have to use quite a bit of force to open it. I actually saw some elderly customers struggle with the door and leave because of it. Hopefully this can be fixed, as making the entrance easier to open would make the experience much more welcoming and accessible.
Overall, a good spot with tasty food, and I’d definitely come back.
Despite the weirdly mixed reviews I decided to give this place a try, I‘m visiting from Europe and had never eaten at a burrito place like this before. The Woman behind the counter was extremely helpful and really nice in explaining everything and helping me choose between my options.
The food was fresh super delicious and I would definitely come again!

This was my first time at Burrito Bar, and honestly, the customer service was extremely disappointing. I also work at McDonald’s, so I understand what proper customer service should look like, and this was far from it.
There was a staff member named Harman who was extremely rude and unhelpful. I simply asked what sauces were available because I wasn’t familiar with the menu. Instead of helping me, she told me, “You can read it,” referring to the menu. If a customer is asking a question, it means they need assistance—not attitude.
I asked for her name because there was no visible name tag, which I believe is important when serving customers. She told me her name was Harman, but shortly afterward she was yelling at me, asking why I was asking for her name. That kind of attitude toward a customer is completely unacceptable.
What disappointed me even more was that it wasn’t just one person. The overall atmosphere felt unfriendly. From the moment you walk in, the staff seemed to avoid eye contact, make faces, and show very little willingness to communicate or help.
I was about to speak up, but I decided not to ruin my day or create a scene. I genuinely wonder how management can allow this kind of customer service, especially when so many customers seem to have similar complaints.
Please work on your customer service and train your staff on BASIC , COMMUNICATION , and PROFESSIONALISM . Customers should feel welcomed and respected—not like they are bothering the staff by asking a simple question.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. My friend and I went there and simply asked Harman about the available sauces for the burrito wrap. Instead of helping us, her response was basically to tell us to read it ourselves.
As customers, we expect staff to be willing to answer basic questions and provide assistance. Her attitude came across as aggressive, unwelcoming, and dismissive. Good customer service means making customers feel welcomed and helping them when they have questions.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides better customer-service training to the staff, because this experience was very disappointing.

0 stars for this experience 😠 I won’t be coming back to this location!
I placed an order through your website and arrived at the scheduled pickup time, but my order was not ready. I waited approximately 25 minutes, and during that time I asked twice about my order. The employee at the counter responded rudely, saying “We are crazily busy” and “There are only two of us.”
I then learned that walk-in customers were being prioritized over online orders, even though I had already paid and ordered ahead. After waiting 35 minutes (they served all the other customers including the ones that came after me), I was finally told that there was no chicken available(it’s been out of stock since yesterday apparently), and that they had only just started preparing my order. The girl offered me alternatives like beef/pork but I don’t eat those meats.
When I asked to cancel my order, I was told the staff could not process cancellations because they did not have backend access, and I was instructed to call customer service. Unfortunately, the customer service number was out of service. It was only after my dad insisted on a resolution that the other employee phoned the manager, and I was offered a gift card as a form of refund. Meanwhile, the other employee avoided the situation by going to the back instead of helping resolve the issue.
Suggestions for improvement:
1)Improve the online ordering system so pickup times are realistic and sold out items are reflected online
2) Train staff about respectful customer service and effective problem-solving.
3) Schedule adequate staffing, especially during busy periods.
4) Implement a better store inventory management system so staff know what is out of stock ahead of time and can notify the manager to replenish items before they run out, especially during promotions and busy Friday evenings.
This experience was frustrating not because the restaurant was busy, but because of the lack of communication, poor service, and the failure of the online ordering process.
