- COCarlie OAug 26, 20261.0Every time I’ve been to this location there is only one employee at the front. Lines get incredibly long and customers end up leaving. Unfortunately, I’ve witnessed customers yell at the already overwhelmed employees because of the wait times. I’ve also had my order made wrong and been given beef instead of beans which I’ve never had happen at any other taco bell location. This is a management problem. It is not fair to your employees to be constantly understaffed on busy days. Customers are noticing and going elsewhere in the mall.
