  We are currently addicted to taco bell, me and my girl friend live a bit away from each other so we get in the habit of odering from the aame place repeatedly and this taco bell is the only one that I've actually enjoyed and that was due to how good the food is and the customer service from our cashier Krishna.

  I love Taco Bell so was happy to see this location when driving through Guelph! BUT I have to say the staff is beyond HORRIBLE! There was about 6 people waiting to be served and the staff straight up was ignoring us, didn’t greet us or tell us they would be with us in a second…they straight up ignored us until another employee walked in and clocked in and after about 15 minutes of waiting in silence we were finally served! Still no Hi how can I help you or anything! This is inexcusable for customer service fast food! I WILL NOT RETURN HERE! Also the portions are ridiculous….my hard shell taco was basically a shell and lettuce, save yourself and go somewhere else where they value their customers!

  Worst Taco Bell location I've been to. Had to wait like 10 minutes at the front counter for anyone to acknowledge me, it's like everyone in the store was afraid to come up and take my order or something? They messed up every one of our items, then forgot to remake them. Manager laughed at us when we reminded them 15 minutes later we were waiting for the remade food. Go to any other Taco Bell than this one
