  We waited over an hour for our food, when it came my crispy chicken sandwich was hard and burnt, the fries were cold and stale, someone else got Cesar salad it had zero toppings only lettuce and dressing, my wives wings were cold. Then we waiting 45 mins to get our bill. In total we sat there for over 2 hrs. I will never ever go back to this place again. Worst dinner I ever had. We asked waitress for stuff and never got it. Pathetic

  My friend and I went for lunch and we were seated right away and received our meals quickly. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious. Kaitlyn our server was amazing, she was attentive to our needs but not invasive, we had a lovely meal and enjoyed our experience at this store very much. Thank you Kaitlyn and staff.

  Had a very disappointing dinner. Service was fine but the waitress did not process our orders correctly. We did not want white meat but we both got white meat. The soup I had was cold. The hot chicken sandwich was not edible as the gravy smelt and tasted bad. (Metallic and tasted burnt) got another sandwich with no gravy and the white meat was cold. Waitress “took” off our appetizer saying that she just said we had a caa membership (which we do). So all in all a not stellar evening. We were not approached by management but did not request it. For a restaurant that was recently renovated, seats are wobbly and the benches all look like the covers are aged peeling.

  We waited about 20 minutes at the entrance. Several staff looked at us and made eye contact but did not speak or acknowledge us verbally. Another couple came and had the same experience and left. Finally we were knowledged and they said they getting a booth ready for us. After waiting again for a long time , we decided to leave! Don’t bother with this location on Woodlawn.

  I have always loved Swiss chalet and go usually once a month to dine in or get take out . However this location in the Guelph area made me feel uneasy due to the slippery floors and tables that are all sticky . Not a usual occurrence at these franchises as most are all wonderful . I mentioned it to the server and her response was , it’s the cleaners they’re using on them . Under the tables hadn’t been swept and its overall appearance for a restaurant was disappointing and not a typical experience at all the other ones I have dined at . Sadly , I won’t be back to that location .
