Visited right after a long day of disc golf with a really hungry group. It has been a while since I've been to a Swiss Chalet and it was even better than than I remember. Our server, Luke, got our huge order perfect and out to us super fast. Everything tasted excellent. Definitely looking forward to coming back someday!

I made this email just so I can talk about Luke! He was such a sweet boy and made sure that my potato’s were smooth so I didn’t need my dentures! He’s an absolute darling and everyone needs to get the Luke experience at least once in their life! Might even come without my husband next time haha 😉 it’s safe to say that Georgia LOVES Luke!

I honestly don't know what happened to Swiss Chalet, but this meal was embarrassingly bad. The salad portion was so small it felt insulting for what I paid, and it looked and tasted like it had been prepared days ago. Wilted, lifeless, and completely lacking in freshness. The baked potato was somehow even worse. It had that unmistakable texture and stale taste of something that had been cooked long ago and reheated one too many times. It was downright unpleasant. And then there was the chicken. Swiss Chalet built its reputation on tender, juicy, fall-off-the-bone rotisserie chicken. What I received was dry, mediocre, and nowhere close to the quality the brand is known for. Calling it "subpar" would be generous. When even your signature item fails, that's a serious problem. For the prices being charged, customers deserve food that at least tastes fresh. Instead, I got tiny portions and a meal that felt like it had been sitting under a heat lamp since yesterday. Restaurants are quick to blame rising costs and explain away higher prices, and those costs inevitably get passed on to customers. But experiences like this are a much bigger reason why people are eating out less. Customers are willing to pay more if they're getting quality and value. What they're not willing to do is pay premium prices for stale sides, tiny portions, and mediocre food. That's what gives restaurants a bad name, not inflation. A complete waste of money and one of the most disappointing restaurant meals I've had in a long time. I won't be returning.

Had a fantastic experience at Swiss Chalet Stone Road! The staff were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service throughout my visit. Based on their recommendation, I tried the Beef & Chicken Combo, and it was absolutely delicious. The chicken was juicy and flavorful, the beef was cooked perfectly, and the meal exceeded my expectations. The restaurant was clean, the atmosphere was great, and the food was served fresh and hot. I really appreciated the staff’s recommendation—it turned out to be one of the best meals I’ve had at Swiss Chalet. Highly recommend this location for both the food and the outstanding customer service. Keep up the amazing work! 🍗⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

*****Update****** I responded to customer service message and the Store Manager contacted me last night. (Not the same manager that was on shift at the time of our visit). He was apologetic and seemed sincere. He was very open to all my complaints and also stated that he had reviewed the cameras to confirm the wait times etc and stated outright that it was unacceptable. He also noted that the staff will be spoken with and additional training will be provided. Based off the conversation we had I believe that he will make sure that the issues will be resolved. Also he did confirm what I already knew and that is there was NO issue to provide more potato’s and no vegetables. ********************************************** Visited today Thursday at about 430pm. The restaurant was basically empty other than 2 other customers and myself and my husband. We were seated and the server arrived quickly. I asked if the vegetables can be removed and maybe just add a bit more mash potatoes and the server said no we can’t do that. Ok I said just don’t bring the vegetables then. 30 minutes go by and no food, my husband asks the Hostess why it’s taking so long and if he can speak to the manager. She goes to get the manager. We waited another three minutes and No manager so we got up to leave as we got near the door a different server comes out with our food, we went back to the table and my husband asks her how when the restaurant is empty can it take over 30 mins for the food. She says there is only one cook and a lot of delivery orders. Um ok so people in the restaurant have to wait? So I asked the girl if I might ask her a question and she turns to look at me with pursed lips and a pissed off face, I asked again is it possible to not have vegetables but more mash potatoes? She says oh they did add more I think. I said um no because the other server said it’s not allowed. So I’m asking if it’s policy? She said well they don’t like us to do it. Ok I said. She walked away, (manager STILL HAS YET TO MAKE AN APPEARANCE!). I looked at the roast beef and it was all FAT!!! Looked at my husband and said let’s go! We left and walked slowly out the door to the car waiting for the Manager to come out to say something and guess what? Never happened! Both servers were rude and the Manager couldn’t care less!
