I had an absolutely appalling experience at this Subway location. The employee making my sandwich was incredibly rude, dismissive, and her behavior felt blatantly racist. She completely ignored my instructions while making the sub. When I asked for my sandwich to be toasted, she bluntly refused and bizarrely claimed they didn't have a toaster or grill machine. Because of this, I was handed an unappetizing, freezing cold sub.
To make matters worse, the food quality was abysmal. The vegetables looked completely stale and wilted, as if they had been chopped more than three days ago and left out. This level of customer service and poor food safety is completely unacceptable. I am incredibly disappointed and will be escalating this to corporate. Avoid this location at all costs.

Pathetic food and even worse service. Two of the women working there were extremely rude when I asked for my sandwich to be toasted. Their only response to my complaint was, "That’s just how we do it." Zero stars if I could—avoid this place at all costs.

Be cautious when ordering from this location. I ordered a Rotisserie Chicken footlong, and the chicken was noticeably slimy. After looking into it, this can be a sign that the chicken is spoiled. I initially thought it might just be one section, but after trying the other half, it was the same—so it was clearly not my imagination.
I’m a regular Subway customer and typically order either the Black Forest Ham or Rotisserie Chicken, so I’m very familiar with how it should taste and feel. This was not normal.
I brought the issue to the counter, and while they did replace the sandwich with a Black Forest Ham, they refused to refund the $3 price difference and instead offered a cookie as compensation. The staff member was unapologetic, and the situation was handled in an unprofessional manner.
I’m concerned about potential food safety issues and hope I don’t get sick from this experience. Unfortunately, I will be avoiding this location moving forward due to what appears to be poor health and safety standards. I will also be escalating this matter to head office.

Went at 8pm and the lady told us that we couldn’t get the subs toasted because she cleaned it for the night, and the closing time is 9pm!
Wasted my time and fuel for nothing.
