  Kulbir was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit. I went with my family, and we all had a great experience. Definitely some of the best subs I’ve ever had!

  I am a regular Subway customer, but my experience today was unacceptable. I used the app to redeem a BOGO promotion, yet only one sub was provided despite selecting the offer and paying in full. When I raised the issue, the employee, Kulbir, was dismissive and condescending, insisting I had not selected the promotion and refusing to offer any solution or accommodation. There was no effort made to resolve what was clearly an issue with the app or ordering system. What made the situation worse was the unprofessional behavior that followed. He spoke to a colleague in Punjabi, making remarks about my understanding. As someone fluent in Punjabi, I understood exactly what was said, which made the interaction feel even more disrespectful. This level of customer service is unacceptable. The lack of accountability, disrespect, unprofessional behaviour, and dismissive attitude has completely undermined my trust in this location. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this Subway to others.
