  Sub was fine Tn all i really wanted was the cookies... Ordered box of m and m cookies -got 5 cookies, i said arent there 6 ?she said boxes are only 5 then proceeded to give me 2 m and m cookies and rest choc chip when there was like 8 m and m cookies didnt realize this till got home and tipped her before realised she didnt give 2 splats - def not happy used to like this one, i just wanted some good ol m and m cookies 😒 (ya i still ate the choc chip but wasnt as good)

  I had a very nice experience at Subway yesterday. Shivani provided excellent customer service and was very polite and friendly. She prepared my sandwich exactly the way I asked and maintained great hygiene while working. The store was clean, and the service was fast. Thank you

  There is a Subway 600 meters from me on Eramosa,but I always drive 6 mins away to this location since last 5 yrs. But today it was disappointing to see that the quality and service has downgraded. The girl ( with nose ring) put much less ingredients , Even decided to take out a cheese slice out of the sandwich after putting it in initially !!!( 4 slices of cheese in a foot long that costs almost $16!!! Guess she wanted to save a slice! with unprofessional attitude . I could tell she was for some reasons not happy to be working there.Never even put the sandwich in the bag and didn't seem to do her job as per Subway standards.. Never had that kind of experience at this location before.
