I don't understand why I'm paying over $40 for two sandwiches AND THEY STILL GET IT WRONG!!!! I ordered the Australia burger and Spain burger and they were MISSING THE MAIN INGREDIENTS!!!!!!! Spain had no pulled pork and Australia had no cheese or tomato sauce. Like the level of incompetence required to mess up that badly on ONLY TWO BURGERS..... WHEN I WAS THE ONLY ONE THERE!!!!!! McDonald's you're an absolute joke. $40 bucks for BS..... I'd like a refund, this is pathetic.
I ordered a basic Sausage & Egg McMuffin meal with an orange juice and explicitly confirmed twice that I wanted an extra hash brown. Not only was the hash brown completely missed, but the overall service that followed was unacceptable.
After waiting several minutes at the window, a manager rudely snapped at the worker serving me to "park the order." I was told to pull into spot #1—which had no visible markings on the ground—only to find the adjacent space occupied by four employees on a smoke break.
While waiting another several minutes, another manager walked out. Instead of bringing my food, he joined the group smoking and actually leaned directly against my car while lighting a cigarette. My order finally came out after roughly 10 minutes.
As someone who worked at McDonald’s as a teenager, I understand bad days happen, but the lack of basic customer awareness, rude management, and staff leaning on a customer's car while smoking is completely unprofessional.

This review is directed towards whomever is managing this particular location. The staff are great but you are constantly being upsold something in the drive through and that is because of management. Today I am being asked to donate to a cause that does not interest me. Every day for the past 2 years, they feel compelled to remind me if I'm collecting points on the app when in fact I could care less about the app , and they should , in fact , have a standing sign in the drive through reminding you as opposed to their staff talking to you about it Every Single Time you are in the drive through. I go through the drive through to get food. I don't go there so I can whip out my phone and use an app. It is annoying when you place an order for anything... including a combo and they will ask you if you would like to add on ANOTHER sandwich over and above the order you've just placed! And it's a guarantee if you place an order for just one item , they will remind you that you can make it a combo. I remember earlier this year I was paying for my order, and there was a police officer inside the restaurant at the cash window trying to upsell me at the time of payment!? All of this constant upselling is an annoyance, it makes us feel small for having to say no over and over. It's belittling. Whomever is running this location needs to worry less about some competition amongst franchises based on upselling revenue and simply focus on the customer experience.
I’m a regular customer at this McDonald’s and come through the drive-thru almost every day, sometimes late at night or early in the morning. I have to give a huge shoutout to Maryam! She is honestly one of the happiest McDonald’s employees I’ve ever seen. No matter how busy or crazy the rush gets, she is always smiling, laughing, and welcoming customers with such positive energy.
She’s always friendly, respectful, and professional, and her uniform is always clean and well put together. Even during the busiest overnight hours, she still has a smile on her face and makes customers feel welcomed. You can tell she genuinely enjoys interacting with people. She’s such a beautiful, positive person and definitely deserves recognition for the energy she brings to this location. Keep smiling, Maryam! ❤️👏

I ordered an iced coffee and politely asked for very little ice—just a few ice cubes. The app doesn’t provide an option to customize the ice amount, so I asked the crew member in person. He repeatedly told me that he could only do “no ice” or “with ice,” even after I explained that I didn’t want an iced coffee without ice; I just wanted less ice.
What made the experience disappointing was that he kept repeating the same thing and rolling his eyes. It was early in the morning, and I didn’t want to start my day arguing over an iced coffee, so I gave up and accepted the regular iced coffee, which was almost half a cup of ice.
A little flexibility and better customer service would have made a big difference. I would also request that McDonald’s add a “less ice” customization option in the app so customers can order their drinks the way they enjoy them. It would help people actually enjoy their drink rather than feeling like they’re paying for a cup that is half filled with ice.
