We only went through the drive-through for coffee.
This location is HORRIBLE! I frequently go to this location as its closes to my home. Every time I go to this drive thru, regardless of the time of day, I am told to park. My orders are very standard and should be ready for when I arrive to the windows - for example getting a cheeseburger happy meal and some McDoubles at 5:00pm when no other cars are in the drive thru. I then wait 10 minutes and watch multiple other cars be served. This location needs to work on their time management and provide better service to drive thru customers. My orders are also wrong or cold many of the time. Very disappointing service. Highly recommend the east end location on Watson - much better service.

Hello,
I would like to make a complaint regarding the behavior of some employees at your restaurant. As a delivery driver, I have experienced rude and unprofessional behavior multiple times while picking up orders. Drivers are often ignored, spoken to disrespectfully, and made to wait for a very long time without any proper communication or updates about the order status.
I understand that the restaurant can get busy, but delivery drivers are also working under time pressure and deserve basic respect and cooperation. Long unnecessary wait times not only affect our earnings but also create delays for customers.
I kindly request management to look into this issue and ensure better coordination and professional behavior towards delivery drivers in the future.

I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s last week. I came in to pick up my order and ended up waiting for about 30 minutes, which is far too long.
The staff member who assisted us—her name was something like Komal Malhotra, though I may not be remembering it exactly—was extremely rude from the moment we walked in. She gave us unfriendly looks and barely spoke, saying only a few words the entire time. Her attitude made the experience very uncomfortable.
When I finally addressed her behavior and mentioned that her attitude was unacceptable, she responded by arguing instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally.
This kind of service is not acceptable in a customer-facing role. Staff should treat customers with basic respect and professionalism. I hope management takes this matter seriously and works on improving customer service at this location.
