  I work in Guelph, and the last recent amount of time the food quality has gone to crap. I will not be eating here again, I'm done. When your bun is old and rock hard and your fries are old and seem to be reheated, with no flavor, there is something wrong. This store was so much better when Nancy and the girls ran it a couple years back. At least the food was fresh and the store was clean. It's amazing how fast things change when you get a whole different load of staff. Even the gentleman that can't hear has amazing service, always. But now this store service and food quality really lack, any kind of good quality or even kind of any quality. The most disgusting lunch I've had yet to date from this store. I am done I will never enter the store again no matter how desperate I am for something to eat. Definitely wasn't worth the money that I spent. I only work in the same parking lot right beside this store it's not like my lunch sat for any length of time, I ate it right away and it sucked! Argh!

  Ordered just a hamburger. Everyone working was wearing a mask. I either got food poisoning from the burger or got ill from the staff. An hour later and for the next 24 hours been vomiting since. That’s enough to turn me off McD’s for the next 20 years.

  The reason for the low service rating is ordered breakfast sandwich as a meal for table delivery. When she brings it I ask for a packet of mayo. She then proceeds to tell me that going forward I should add that at customize my order so they can charge me. A condiment is a condiment. I was given 6 packets of ketchup for two hash browns. If Mc Donald's this location specifically is having such a poor fiscal year instead of wanting to charge me $0.15 for one packet of mayo why not stop giving 6 packets of ketchup for two hashbrowns
