The Lost Aviator Coffee Company was founded in 2020 by two longtime friends and career airline pilots temporarily grounded due to the pandemic. We decided when life gives you lemons, make coffee!
We founded our company as a coffee roastery focusing on online sales, until opening our first brick and mortar location in February 2022 in Guelph's iconic St Patricks Ward.
Our Laird rd. Location is our new hub of roasting operations featuring our 15kg commercial coffee roaster, and is a home to our newest full service coffee bar as well, bringing our high quality coffee experience to the south end of Guelph.
