Called ahead to order told me they don't take orders over phone. Must use kfc app. Well the app wouldn't accept my coupon app. I went to Swiss chalet instead. Terrivnle

Tried to order one hour before posted closing. I was told that they were closed! Last week I ordered Churches, 30 minutes before closing and got what I ordered. I will never order anything again from this company!! And I will make sure to let everyone I know not to as well.

So last night around 9pm we happen to make a fairly large order to this location. The front desk staff informed us that the food will take longer than usual as it’s a big order..fair enough so we waited. 30 mins later our packs were ready to go! I guess the wait was worth the time! The chicken was extremely tender and fresh. The fries were crisp and tender and all the food tasted amazing! The staff loaded us with extra sauce and were very courteous in providing all the necessities that we needed (plates, napkins, forks, sauces) for our trip for which we are definitely grateful to them. I think this is our favorite KFC in Guelph for sure! 👍🏻

Saturday, August 1st This place closes at 11 PM, but 15 minutes before 10 PM, they didn't have any chicken ready. They made me wait half an hour because the workers were already getting ready to close, and I couldn't use the restroom because they said they had already cleaned it .. very poor service.
