  Food was amazing! However I did not appreciate how when I got there, no other customers were in line, and yet I was ignored for several minutes by at least 3 members of staff. Every single one made eye contact, walked right past the till and chose to not take my order or even acknowledge my existence. I had to stop one of them before they retreated into the backroom again to ask if anyone was actually working on the counter today to take my order as I had been waiting. Even then that worker just said oh ya and walked back into the back as another worker, who had been standing at the counter ignoring me the whole time, finally came over to take my order. No apology no explanation no nothing, just a "what would you like", in a tone that suggested I somehow was bothering him by wanting to order food. When the food was ready the worker just called the number and dropped the bag on the counter and walked away, by far the worst service I have ever received.

  Not a fast food after all. The service is poor and we have to wait for 30mins for the food to arrived. Not satisfied, never to go again.

  We ordered online from KFC and honestly the whole experience was a mess from start to finish. We placed a pretty simple order: Zinger-style burger. Nothing complicated. But what showed up didn’t match what we ordered at all. One item had everything on it when it was supposed to have nothing on it., and the other burger had no sauce whatsoever (on the spicy zinger burger) even though that was clearly requested. It felt like the order was either ignored or mixed up somewhere in their system. When we tried to sort it out, we were told it was “ordered wrong” on our end, but that doesn’t really line up with what we actually selected. It felt more like a breakdown between the ordering system and the kitchen rather than a customer mistake. Everything we asked for was pretty standard, so it was frustrating to be blamed for it. Overall, the food itself might have been fine if it had been made correctly, but the order accuracy and the response from staff really ruined the experience. It didn’t feel reliable, and that’s kind of the main thing you expect from a fast-food order in the first place.
