  Ordered a family meal 45 mins before close (4:45pm), family meal consists of 8 pieces if chicken, 2 strips, popcorn chicken and fries. Doesn't seem like a huge order to me since this is a chicken place that sells, fried chicken.....I placed the online order and get a call from the store telling me they are closing at 5pm which was a lie since they close at 5:30pm. They said they were 'out of fried chicken' and it would take 35mins to prep new chicken. Sounds to me lile they were too lazy to make the chicken and just didn't want to do it. As a consumer, how am I supposed to know they stop making fried chciken at 5pm when ordering through the app? I finally get the chicken, didn't mind waiting, but I had ordered and paid extra for white meat no wings. I get the chicken and its all regular brown meat. No one told me, I had to check before I left and thakfully I did, so I could get my 12$ upgrade back. Overall, poor service, I get that it isn't ideal to make a 'family meal,' 45 mins before close, but you're a chicken shop, you should have chicken until close. Just comes across as laziness. Will not be back, go to popeyes or mary browns instead.

  I waited for 10mins to order only to find out they close way before closing time. Terrible management. Worst KFC ever.

  I don’t often leave food reviews but I thought this would be important to share. My chicken was not cooked and was completely raw in the middle… absolutely disgusting. Please ensure your food is cooked properly and safely… this is extremely unsafe. Please train your staff properly.

  I’m actually shocked by how bad this KFC is! I’ve never had a worse fast food meal. Ordered a 2 piece Signature Chicken meal. Soda was warm. French fries weren’t fully cooked, they were pale, soggy and floppy. Pretty sure the first piece of chicken was old and just refried, it was too hard to eat. The second was a drum stick that only had meat on one side and a bare bone on the other. The only edible part was the 2 bites of chicken on the half of the leg that had meat. I regret not demanding a refund because there wasn’t a single acceptable thing about this meal.
