  Waited at least 25mins in the drive thru line....no choice but to sit and wait. Tried calling store to see what the issue is....no answer. This is unacceptable. What's the problem!

  Came in at 5pm today, did a Uber Eats pickup, immediately got my food was ready before the time and food was very good and tasty! And staff was friendly, great experience!

  Slowest KFC ever! Literally there are no customer no cars in driveway and with 5 employees do better!!!!! Thought will give them a chance after years of not eating here and again they delivered to disappoint. Took 30 mins for a couple of sandwich and fries.

  I came in today and ordered my regular food. I usually receive very good service here, which is why today’s experience was especially disappointing. One of the employees made a racially discriminatory and sneering remark toward me. Other customers nearby also heard what was said. After making the remark, he simply walked away and said, “We know.” I found the interaction extremely disrespectful and uncomfortable. This is not the kind of treatment anyone should have to experience as a customer. I hope management takes this incident seriously and addresses it appropriately.

  Extremely disappointing experience. My order was missing the dip, which may sound like a small mistake, but it completely affected my meal. I specifically eat my burger and nuggets with dip, and without it, I was unable to properly enjoy the food I paid for. The dip wasn’t just an “extra” for me—it was an essential part of the meal. I contacted customer service (Name: Sunny, according to me she gave me fake name) expecting a reasonable solution. Instead, I was told that I could receive a refund for the dip only. That completely misses the point. What about the entire meal that I could no longer enjoy because the restaurant failed to include something I ordered? What made the situation even worse was the attitude of the employee. When I explained that I would leave a review about my experience, her response was essentially, “Go ahead.” How you guys are running business with these kind of employees. That response says a lot about the level of customer service being provided. I understand that mistakes happen. What matters is how a business takes responsibility and treats the customer afterward. In this case, I felt that my concern was dismissed rather than addressed. A missing item can be an honest mistake. Refusing to take the customer’s concern seriously is a service issue. Very disappointing experience, and definitely not the level of customer service I expected. Customers shouldn’t have to argue to get their concerns taken seriously. If a restaurant wants customers to come back, it should do everything reasonably possible to make things right when the restaurant is at fault.
