- NSNeil Stewart2 days ago3.0Went for first time to try it out. Love the new hot chicken craze. Ordered the chicken sandwich meal plus a 3 piece fingers meal both with mac'n cheese. When we asked what the sides were with the meal he said waffle fries, coleslaw, mac'n cheese and even rice and said theres no extras for any of it. Well once he typed it in I saw the $2.00 upcharge for the mac'n cheeses each. I didnt say anything as we would give it a try regardless. Then came up the tip on the screen and he stood back and waited. It seemed again like more money for a fast food place but ok...10%. Move in right! So he then told us 9-10 minutes for food which I thought was odd. He came out sooner thankfully and put our trays in front of us which I thought was nice. He was working alone. So we tried the mac'n cheese first and mine was still cold and hers was warmish. So I went to counter to ask if they could heat it up...another guy appears and says he will make a new one. I said thank you and he brought it out. He then proceeded to walk on his phone out to his car or somewhere. All in all food was ok, decent chicken, service was strange as if it wasnt important to them, although up charging and asking for a tip, the one guy was overwhelmed it seemed while the other didnt care. A poor experience but I do hope they make it better as it has potential. A tad expensive for what it is.
