  I have been coming to this location at least 2 times a month for over 20 years. It is always great food and great service. Most of the servers have been here for a long time. The fact that so many people have worked her 5, 10, 15 years plus shows me that this restaurant is good to their employees We absolutely adore Sara, our server. She remembers our usuals and it is like seeing a good friend/family when we come. We missed her smiling personality when she has was off on maternity and happy to see her again now that she is back.

  What can I say My family just had the best and most memorable experience @ this east side Mario’s location in Guelph this past Sunday Mother’s Day From the moment we came in the hostess greeted ua right away with a smile and and we were seated very shortly… The waitress Bianca came and greeted ua and took our drink other within mins then our food order Everything came out in such a timely manner and she never missed a beat Refills were done accordingly… The managers lijo and Victoria were also very friendly checking up on ua and making sure that we were taken care of… We couldn’t ask for such wonderful service And the experience was amazing!!! Thank u very much east side Mario’s for such a great dining experience!!!

  Me and my family had a wonderful time at this location. Food was great, fresh, hot and delicious. They had 3 soups to choose from, the creamy potato bacon was my favourite. Service was exceptional. From the moment you walked in the door, we were greeted promptly and the hostess was lovely. Our server was great and meals came out quick. I would recommend this location to anyone and I will definitely be returning. Thank you for an amazing experience!

  Very disappointing experience at East Side Mario’s. I have been to several East Side Mario’s locations across Ontario and have never experienced service this rude and disrespectful before. From the beginning, the waitress had an attitude even before properly greeting us. She kept interrupting us while we were speaking and would not let us finish what we were trying to say while ordering. She also mentioned that she prefers taking drink and food orders together because she doesn’t like taking orders separately, which felt unprofessional and unnecessary. What made the experience worse was the lack of service throughout the meal. She hardly came by to check if we were doing okay or if we needed anything else. The restaurant was not busy at all, and we were there about 1.5 hours before closing, so the behavior really did not make sense. While serving soup, she oddly mentioned that it was “the last they have,” which made the interaction even more uncomfortable. Overall, the entire experience was very off-putting and disappointing. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location and would not recommend others to dine here either.

  Thank you East Side Mario’s Guelph for helping us to have a memorable family reunion. Everything was perfect,. The way the restaurant is decorated gives it a wonderful ambiance. The food was delicious and the variety of food on the menu suited everyone from children to adults. The staff were wonderful and efficient. With that being said I feel that being a big group we sometimes crowded the staff in the aisles when we were getting ready to leave. The staff were their usual pleasant selves. We apologize for that.
