  The manager needs to take it down a notch. She’s too intense. You need to treat your employees with respect, and guide them in the right direction if needed so. She’s extremely rude to the employees in front of customers and is kind of uncomfortable. The food on the other hand is like a roller coaster. Sometimes I get great portions, sometimes they give me half of the portion.

  White skinny girl was honestly rude the portion size was brutal not the first time I’ve been there 2 times in the past 3 months and same thing happened disappointed

  I am a huge fan of Chipotle brand and food but this location is probably one of the worst as service that I have been to at any Chipotle in Canada or US. I understand that groceries have been getting more expensive over the years but the restaurant prices have increased accordingly. If it was up to this location, they would charge you and still give an empty bowl. Now, the Mississauga and Cambridge locations are a whole different place. Beans: they will fill the serving spoon and then drop half back in. Protein: same thing ... Actually worse Toppings: half of serving spoons Often running out of items. I end up getting extra protein bowls ($5-$10) so I can have a healthy meal. Not my favourite place but then I like Chipotle flavours and being a healthy option - I guess less food means less calories.

  Waited extra 15 minutes to pick up order I placed on skip. Employee almost forgot the extra meat by putting one scoop and I had to remind them, then proceeded to do the WORST job wrapping the burrito. It didnt even have that much stuff, and I paid extra for a double tortilla wrap that they didnt put on the burrito. All this stuff just fell out and it was a real pain trying to eat this. Chipotle is usually good but this location has the worst training clearly. How can you mess up wrapping a burrito this bad?
