  There are many things in life that could be considered a win: not snoozing your alarm in the morning, finishing an assignment before midnight, or putting the kids to bed without a fuss. While I could go on about the little daily wins that make us smile, I believe finding your order at a restaurant is the ultimate win. I used to think Chipotle was pretty blah, but I’ve recently discovered MY order. The order I think about weekly. The order I look forward to getting. The order that has officially changed my opinion of Chipotle. Now, I haven’t tried this order at other Chipotle locations, so I can’t speak to whether its greatness is transferable. What I can say, however, is that the Guelph location does a stellar job of bringing my order to life. Also, consider this my formal request for Chipotle to keep its Pollo Asado chicken on the menu indefinitely. :)

  Chipotle is my go-to option for food on the go. With this being said, I have never in my life been to a chipotle so disgusting. I’ve visited over 25 stores in 3 different countries and this takes the lead. Firstly, the presentation of the assembly line was disgusting. Cross contamination hell, food that had looked like it had been sitting there for hours piling up on the worktops and the workers dumping more food on top of it. Secondly, they took zero initiative to share they had run out of forks and many dressings such as vinaigrette. Meaning after we had paid we were left in an awkward situation to eat with knives or spoons. Finally, the amount of bugs in this store is insane. The fruit flies are something out of jumanji, with the food covered floors being an attraction for these insects. Attached is a photo of the floor which just sums up an insight into the state of this location! Will be reporting to corporate 0/10

  My experience at this Chipotle was unfortunately very disappointing. My first interaction with the employee who started my order was great, and the cashier was also very kind and friendly. However, the employee portioning the rest of my order was extremely rude. When I politely asked for a normal portion size, she responded with rude comments, was not listening to what I was asking for, and kept trying to multitask instead of paying attention to my order. It made the interaction feel unnecessarily uncomfortable and frustrating. Although the other employees I interacted with were lovely, this one interaction really affected the overall experience and made my visit very unenjoyable.

  Always soo good unless the one older lady makes your order. SO rude, smallest portions of everything even if you ask for extra. I genuinely don’t know how you can make a burrito bowl so poorly. Everyone else does such a good job

  I’ve given this place 3 tries. Every time I hope it’ll be better but every time I’m very disappointed. I always ask for toppings on the side, especially sauces. They’ve never listened. Not once. Everything I’ve ordered is always super super soggy. This time I tried a quesadilla, thinking well surely Itleast a quesadilla would not be soggy. Well I was wrong :( it was even soggier than a taco would be. Who on earth wants soggy tacos or quesadillas.
