  I went to purchase some food on Sunday about 4:30 and the young lady that was working was doing the food time and temps as her duty but using the same thermometer without wipping it inbetween temps. She insert the thermometer into a meat item and took it out and directly insert it into another meat and then went and insert into the rice all without cleaning her themometer inbetween. We watched her cross contaminate the whole food counter and due to me not eating beef i could not eat mine when i got home as it was very disturbing. If you are vegetarian or dont eat a certain meet DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION. There was no point on me mentioning anything to her because i knew nothing would be done and she will not fix what she contaminate. As food safety is taught but staff just choose to do other wise.

  I have never written a review but had to for Jay. Top notch service! Jay was running around, making sure every customer was satisfied, not rushed, and yet showed the upmost kindness and respect!!

  I recently placed a pickup order for a veggie bowl at this location and was very disappointed with the quality. The order was missing salsa, the portions were noticeably small, the sour cream was extremely light, and the cheese was barely visible. This falls well below the standard I expect from Chipotle, especially given the price. I won’t be ordering from this location again unless the quality improves

  ​We love Chipotle, but this location is terribly mismanaged. Even with a long line, only two of the six staff members on shift were actually helping customers. The assembly line was so rushed and chaotic that the server dumped a huge puddle of sour cream on my food before I could even finish asking for "a little bit." The staff was too busy shouting order updates to the cashier to actually listen to the customer standing right in front of them. Based on this experience and the other reviews here, management clearly doesn't care. Take your business elsewhere.

  He ido a otros Chipotle en Toronto y la experiencia no fue tan mala, pero este especialmente fue horrible. De partida demasiado pocos ingredientes en el burrito ( lo mínimo) , y cobraban extra hasta por un poco de salsa con queso ( casi 1 cad por una cucharada de salsa) y además la gente atiende de mala gana.
