- CGCarly GSep 14, 20261.0Unpleasant experience every visit due to staff attitude. Miserable workers that make you feel like its a burden serving you.
- CHConnie HerlufsenAug 28, 20261.0I just wanted to grab a quick lunch and went to the washroom first. There are two stalls, one was out of order and the other was occupied. So I had some time to take it all in. It was filthy and smelled like a swamp. I looked up and saw the holder for the airfreshener, and it took a minute to digest what I was seeing. The unit that was supposed to be there was missing and in its place was a stack of cones for ice cream. Really gross to find food products in the bathroom and totally unnecessary for staff to have done this. A moment after seeing this an employee came in to check the facility and I asked her what that was, pointing out the ice cream cones. She said that it was for one of these and held up a new airfreshener. I told her that it looked like ice cream cones to me. She told me it was going to be repaired 'next week'. Overall the floors throughout the restaurant were dirty and obviously hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The staff weren't busy with customers but didn't seem to have any work they could be doing. I found this disappointing and I walked out and went somewhere else.
