  I ordered ahead on the website and they made me give my order again when I got there. I had to wait in heavy rain with my girlfriend in the car while they prepared my order after I'd gotten there. Once I got the food, it was poor quality and some of it was not even what I had ordered. The whole time I was there, the manager was being very rude to one of the workers. He kept telling the only person at the counter to do tasks and then getting upset at the same employee for not tending to customers. Mind you, the manager was standing around doing nothing but distracting the cooks this whole time.

  Service is so slow it’s unbelievable. Minimum 10 minute wait every time just to order even if you are the first in line. Been this way for years and still no sign of acknowledgment or improvement. Drive a little further and go to a different location and you’ll save about 30 minutes of waiting around .

  I have ordered from here twice as a vegan the 1st time even though ordering without they added sour cream and cheese, the second time they've added beef which i accidentally ate for the first time in my life. Ridiculous service

  CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!! They will mess up your order every single time, I’ve been on multiple occasions and literally every time they forgot food items or give you something you didn’t order, terrible wait times, no where to sit inside and eat cause the staff doesn’t clean the tables the garbages are overflowing just a horribly run restaurant

  Before arriving, I ordered ahead of time on my app so that I could just walk in and tell the worker my name so they could check my order in. But, we waited in line for an obscene amount of time while the front cash worker was walking around on his cellphone and when he noticed us waiting for a decent amount of time, he hid in a corner while still on the phone. That is not only terrible customer service, but absolutely disgusting as well. There is no way to know if he brings his cellphone into the bathroom or what nasty things that it has been touched by. Then he goes on to touch the food and serve customers. I will absolutely NEVER be returning and I highly recommend driving to any of the slightly further Taco Bell locations instead of coming here.
