  July 20th 2026 at 4:50pm. The 2.6 rating speaks for itself, Taco Bell usually has below par food and service but I usually don’t mind. This was my first time at this location. I only used the drive through so I didn’t expect much out of my visit. When I pulled up to the window the worker didn’t say a word to me and was smacking his gum in his mouth, he handed me the machine and I politely said thank you. I got the dirtiest look from the worker who is handing me the food and he looked at me like he was very angry and had a big problem. that is not service I expect anywhere in the food industry. He could have been having a bad day and if so I hope he finds the help he needs, in the meantime I will not be returning to this Taco Bell ever again (or should I say taco hell) and I suggest you go somewhere else for food to.

  This is location is the only one in the east end, and every time i come it takes minimum 30 minutes to get my order. The dining room is always dirty, there is garbage all over the floor, the tables are never wiped, the garbage is always overflowing. I used to go the place d’orleans location but this one makes me never go to taco bell. this is the first time and over 6 months and once again i am waiting over 40 minutes. The worker are walking in slow motion with no friendliness whatsoever. all my friends and family that love taco bell don't come here because of how known the service is. They just told a customer there isnt enough chicken for the order and the next that there isnt enough stuff to make tacos. The employees talk in the kitchen during the whole time, and say 15 minutes but it ends up being 40 minutes. i am beyond disappointed and frustrated with this service and the appearance of there dine in, i have no clue how they are still open. i thought it would get better after the renovations but honestly its gotten so much worse

  The dinning room is always dirty, they dont wipe the tables,the garbage are always over flowing, pee on the wall in the men's room, last week they ran out of chicken KFC ,this week they ran out of beef for tacos and refused to waive the upcharge for chicken or steak, then asked to leave when asking about it

  I placed an order on Uber Eats. The order took a while to be ready and have it delivered. Once delivered, they forgot to put my 2 fries in the bag before it left the store. Now trying to call the store to mention the forgotten fries, and the phone just keeps ringing non-stop. No one is answering the phone. This is such a joke. Good thing I don’t work at this location. Otherwise calling in sick would be a nightmare. You’d have to show up to work just to tell them that you’re not doing your shift and then go back home. Management really needs to make some changes to how things are done and operated.

  Terrible experience and a complete lack of customer service. I visited on Taco Tuesday and was initially charged full price. I had to specifically ask for the Taco Tuesday deal to be applied. After paying, I reviewed my receipt and noticed two additional items that I had not ordered. When I requested a refund, despite paying by card, the employee attempted to give me cash back. He verbally stated the amount he was returning but proceeded to give me less than that amount. When I pointed out the discrepancy, he reluctantly provided additional cash, but after doing the math myself, I realized the refund was still incorrect. I had to go back inside, return the cash, and request that the refund be processed properly with a receipt. Another staff member then handled the situation correctly and refunded the amount back to my card. My advice: carefully check your receipt before leaving and verify any refunds. Based on my experience, be prepared for poor service and billing errors.
