I’ve eaten here before the food was fine, but they’ve just gotten so cheap that they don’t have any staff. I waited 10 minutes. Nobody even came to the counter and asked if I wanted anything. There was six other people maybe more waiting around for their food, I thought this is supposed to be fast food not somebody fasting because they’re gonna starve to death waiting here for them to get around to serve you. Avoid this place avoid this place. Avoid this place. So disappointed do better.

Had the supreme luxe box, decent wait time.. But food was fresh. The girl at the cash looked like she hated her job. Took awhile for them to take my order so it’s better to go through the drive thru instead.. not a very clean place.

This evening. I went to the Taco Bell KFC store on Innes in Orleans. The entire experience was disgraceful. I waited 15 minutes in the drive-through only to be told that my mobile order has to be picked up in store. I go in store and the cashier typed in the entire order as if he had no record of my order in store. Only then did they begin to start making my food. After 25 more minutes of waiting, I finally got my mobile order that was ordered 45 minutes prior. What is the point of ordering online if the food is not even beginning to be made until you arrive. Seems to be some kind of ordering problem. When I receive my food it was cold and I was missing two of my items. This store has a 2.3 rating overall and something needs to be done because the way they conduct business and serve customers is disgusting. Either the employees should be trained and shown how to properly work or the entire establishment should be shut down. Quite frankly it’s an embarrassment to KFC and Taco Bell.
