  We had a great experience. The food was good, and came out quick. Our server, Jolly, was excellent. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome, her positive attitude really stood out. Thank you, Jolly, for making our meal even better! Overall, we really enjoyed our time and would definitely come back.

  A date and I went to this location before heading out to the movies. we arrived at 6pm and got seated right away. It took some time for the server to get to our table, but it was busy and it also gave us time to figure out our meals at the same time as our drinks. My date had some questions about the menu since it was his first time there, but the server was very short with him and just met every question with attitude. We ordered our drinks a burger with poutine plus a baked potato to share by 6:15. At 7:00 I started to look around us because food was being pumped out of the kitchen. The table of 6 and the table of 2 that arrived both after us were already eating. You would think that our burger would not take as long as a surf and turf!! At 7:15 i managed to flagged down our waiter. He didn't let me ask my question, just looked puzzled and said "it will be out shortly". At 7:30 he got to our table empty handed and said, "the burger and poutine have been ready, we were just waiting on the baker to be able to make your potato, why don't you just order something else" at that point, we were going to be late for our movie at 7:45 so i asked for the drink bill and to cancel our food order. The waiter brought me the bill and tried to charge me full price for our entire meal. i was so frustrated that i was fumbling the interact machine. He then looked over and corrected the bill to only charge me for our drinks. i feel they should have comped me for the ice tea and pina colada...

  We went out for dinner Friday night and had such a great experience. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. Service was on point the whole night. Super friendly, attentive without being overbearing. Sanaa really made the experience stand out with how welcoming and helpful she was. Overall, everything felt smooth from start to finish. Definitely a 10/10 and we’ll be back.

  We went here for my husbands birthday with our kids and I was so disappointed. Water spilt on our table and our waitress never came by so we flagged someone else to help. One staff member was really good at moping the floor but then no one came to wipe my daughter’s chair despite me asking for a cloth to wipe it. They left the wet menus and paper on the table along with rags. I ended up having to wipe to the water myself and remove all the wet papers from the table as no staff member was coming to pick up the rags or wipe up the water on the table. They also did not come to take our empty dishes so I had to physically pick them up and bring them to the Kitchen area where I had brought the rags. When I said there was a birthday and asked why they can do they said they can just get a cookie. We came here because I thought montanas did a big birthday song but our wariness seemed completely uninterested in us coming for a birthday. Also when they gave my daughter her cookie desert it was given to her in a paper bag while my husband got a plate. Why couldn’t she eat her desert off a plate ? I’ll be contacting Montana’s directly about this experience

  Paxx provided an amazing experience at Montana’s. From the moment we were seated, he was friendly, attentive, and professional. He made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal and checked in at the right times without being overbearing. His positive attitude and great customer service really stood out. Food came out quickly, drinks were always refilled, and he made the whole experience enjoyable. Definitely 5 stars in every category — service, friendliness, efficiency, and overall experience. Highly recommend asking for Paxx if you visit Montana’s!
