- HDhumpty dumpty2 days ago5.0Great McDonald’s location with fast service and friendly staff. The food was fresh and everything came out quickly and correct. The restaurant was clean and well organized, and the atmosphere was nice overall. One of the better McDonald’s locations I’ve visited.

Today, no sauce for nuggets, missing an order of fries, no straws. How hard is it to confirm an order. Just terrible. Worse location in Ottawa. Stay away from this place.

- JCJ CApr 21, 20261.0Beware for not refunding out of stock item. Placed a mobile order here with hockey hero burger in the app and was told the item was out of stock at drive through. Asked to substitute the burger for quarter pound and the girl told me it was not possible and I need to place a new order. Thought the store would refund the mobile order on their system but it never happened. Contacted the online McD CS support and it was useless too.
