  I love McDonald's. Today I noticed someone has vandalized their sign to the drive through. McDonald's should come out strongly and investigate the matter. We do not tolerate hateful acts in Canada.

  We had a terrible experience at Findlay Creek’s McDonald’s two days ago. We had planned on eating in with our children, but the place was filthy! Every single table and chairs in the dining room were dirty. I asked an employee at the counter if they could please clean the tables, but no one did. The food was cold, badly wrapped and the pop machine completely empty. There were no lids nor napkins at the station either. Also, this seems to be a meet up place for extremely loud and not well behaved teens… They were screaming and making a mess… and the staff had no control over the place. With all of that we decided to go back home and eat, but didn’t finish our badly prepared meals... It was the worst experience we ever had at a McDonald’s and do not recommend this place at all! Looking at the other reviews too, a lot of customers share our opinion about this location.

  Ordered an egg blt bagel.10 minutes later I get it. The order experience was very painful. I was asked 3 times by two people if I wanted egg. I said yes all three times. It came out without egg. That's ok, we slapped one on and off we go I guess. Sandwich was disgusting. There must have been a half jar of mayonnaise on it. One tiny ruin slice of tomato and one tiny half piece of bacon. Bagel was barely toasted, hash brown was cold and I'm pretty sure they missed the sugar on the coffee. Staff do not seem like they have been trained in the slightest nor do they seem to care.they don't know their own menu as it had to be explained what an egg blt bagel was. When it came time to pay I wasn't told a total or asked how I was paying, the cashier just pointed at the debit terminal and walked away. Absolutely disgusting food and service. If someone from corporate is reading this, please reach out to me. I am absolutely offended by my experience. If you want a five star mcdonalds experience go to the location in Rockland. They are amazing, proving it's not the brand, it's the location.

  I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald’s. The service was slow, my order was incorrect although it was the manager whose name is Tika who packed it. I also noticed employees being spoken to in a harsh and unprofessional way by the same manager Tika. which made the environment uncomfortable. I understand places can get busy, but I felt that customer service and staff treatment could have been handled better. I hope management can improve the overall experience. If I could rate 0 stars I would.
