  Mold all over the soda machine. They do not clean it. When he was told, he clean some of the mold of the ice button. But as you can see. Thats not good enough. The machine needs a cleaning inside and out. Its not sanitary. This place needs an inspection. I wonder what the back looks like if they don't care about the front. Neglected soda machine!

  I ordered on Uber Eats an hour and a half ago. I went through three Uber drivers waiting for my food. This is totally unacceptable. I called to ask about the status of my order multiple times and they ignored my calls. My food also arrived cold and it was incorrect. This is completely unacceptable for a FAST food chain. I am VERY disappointed by such service. There wasn’t even service. That’s how bad it was. I would NEVER recommend this KFC location to anyone. Please train your workers.

  Horrible service- wouldn’t suggest anybody waste their hard earned money at this location. Ordered a 10 piece family bucket with large macaroni salad, large gravy, large fries, and 2 popcorn chickens… I received 1 individual sized order of popcorn chicken and my 10 piece and the fries. That’s it, no gravy, no salad. Waste of money and time. Will be contacting corporate

  No idea how to run a business, ordered food for pick up said ready in 12 minutes and still waiting after 30, only one person has walked out with their food in that time. Every single customer should be refunded as it as frankly criminal to take people's money for this level of service. Also ran out of sides and are messing people's orders up. Absolutely the worst thing I have seen, its fast food people figure it out.

  Placed a mobile order. Got to the restaurant and it was on a screen saying ready for pick up, showing my name. Let the guy behind the counter know, he asked my name, looked at some orders and said it was ready yet. I let him know the screen said ready, he said that's our system. We waited THIRTY minutes (along with a bunch of other people) while watching everyone move at a snails pace and constantly coming together as a group to look at tickets and figure out what was going on. Finally my husband went up to ask how long and our order had been ready for some time. He asked why they didnt call out the name as they had been calling out other orders. "We dont know the name". THEN WHY WAS I ASKED FOR IT?! There is no organisation, no expediting, no sense of urgency, seemingly no one in charge. From other reviews it's clear this place suffers from lack of competent management. I gave 2 stars because despite the incredibly LONG waits I have experienced here, the food is always good. After decades of visiting this location, my family will not be back.
