  I had a great experience, I was coming in for a late night snack run around 10:30-11pm. Now its late everyone was tired I get it, I was expecting a kind of get in get out type of service. Guy was still working and great greeted me with care asked me if i needed anything else with my order. He was really just pure and genuine, I believe he said his name was Rayan. Definitely some top tier service went above and beyond my expectations, and another thing, the food was absolutely impeccable. Got everything correct chicken was so crispy and flavourful. Honestly for a small little place like that area id definitely recommend, and shout out to Rayan for going above and beyond!

  If only half a star was allowed! At this point, I’m officially done with this KFC location. The staffing situation is ridiculous. On several of my visits, the drive-thru has been closed, and the restaurant consistently appears severely understaffed. When you go inside, the few employees who are there seem to be stretched thin trying to keep up. So I’m not even blaming the employees for being “slow” anymore — you cannot expect a handful of people to efficiently operate an entire restaurant. What makes it more frustrating is that this doesn’t seem to be an occasional bad day. I’ve seen numerous other Google reviews raising similar concerns about this location, yet the customer experience does not seem to be improving. And the food isn’t consistent either. I’ve had chicken from here that was ridiculously salty on one visit and completely different on another. It’s KFC — customers should at least be able to expect some consistency in the product they’re paying for. In my opinion, this location has a management and staffing problem, not an employee problem. Whoever is responsible for operating this restaurant needs to get it together. Properly staff the location, keep the drive-thru operational, improve quality control and give customers an experience that actually reflects the KFC brand. Your employees can only do so much when they’re being asked to do the work of a fully staffed restaurant with what appears to be nowhere near enough people. After repeatedly experiencing the same issues, I’ll spend my money elsewhere.

  I thought the KFC on Saint Laurent was bad but this is hands down the worst experience at a KFC I have ever had I specifically paid for no wings only for them to put 11 wings into an 18-piece bucket and when I had notified the employees they started to argue with me about it and escalate the situation. I would also like to comment on how filthy the restaurant was with dirty tables everywhere and overflowing trash receptacles. clearly cleanliness is not a priority for the KFC brand as a whole when it seems to be every time I go to one of their locations it is in a hoarding state. Not to mention the illegal business practices in which i was charged double for 2 of an advertised half off sandwich, when I confronted the employee about it they simply said it was no longer valid and flipped the sign over that was beside the cash which is a clear violation of the canadian competition Act which clearly states that when there are two conflicting prices at a checkout it is the lower one that must be honored. If they have a complete disregard for business laws then I wonder how everything else is running their from a health and safety standpoint I will never be returning to any KFC location based on these events and previous ones.

  I have ordered online at 11:25 AM and at noon my order is not yet ready. I ordered a bucket of 18 pieces so not a small order and I would have assumed that they would have served me in the decent timing but they prefer to serve all the pieces of chicken to the other guest we were having smaller orders than mine. That was a larger ones and was jamming their kitchen. Obviously, the next time I will order four different pieces meal instead of a bucket and actually I might just go to Swiss chalet. Add a photo
