  I placed a fairly large order here — a 14-piece bucket — during a really busy time, so I completely understood that there would be a bit of a wait. I know it’s “fast food,” but at the end of the day, everyone working there is human, and I’m definitely not expecting a large order of freshly fried chicken to be ready in a minute or two. What really stood out to me was the customer service. I believe it was the manager, along with another employee working the cash, and they both made a point of checking in with me while I waited, making sure I was okay and that my order was being taken care of. I really appreciated that, especially considering how busy they were. It would have been easy to focus on the wait, but seeing how hard the staff were working and how attentive they still were made the experience a positive one. Huge shoutout to both of them. They’re great employees, and I genuinely hope the franchise recognizes and rewards them for the way they treat their customers. Great service!

  The garbage was overflowing throughout the restaurant, with garbage on the floor and dirty tables everywhere. This was at 2:00 p.m., not at closing time. I even mentioned to the staff that the garbage needed to be changed, but I was completely ignored. The bathroom was absolutely disgusting as well. Honestly, I should have just walked out. If the areas customers can see are this filthy, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. This is completely unacceptable for any restaurant, and basic cleanliness should be a priority—especially in a place serving food.

  On Friday I had ordered for delivery, and it simply did get delivered. I sent my husband to pick it up and there was a note on the door that due to emergency the store was closed. If the store is closed, we should not be able to order online. I tried to get my money back and cannot. Please do not support this business, it does not care for loyal and long term customers.

  This Thursday night I ordered a bucket of popcorn chicken on DoorDash, I was told it would be 20min but it was keep getting delayed, I talked with my dasher and he said the staff wouldn’t let him inside the store, it says the store close’s at 1am but it was only 12, after to make it worst I called the restaurant directly and after multiple tries, a lady responded, she made a little noise and hung up on me, I’m very disappointed.

  First and last time eating at this location. Ordered something very simple. Took over 10 minutes. Inside the restaurant wasn't very busy. Way too much mayo in the sandwich, only saving grace there was the chicken was hot and fresh. Fries were lukewarm at best. I wasn't gonna go back to get hot ones cause i would probably wait another 10 min. No lids for the med cups for customers to cover their drinks even to the point someone got 4 drinks and almost didn't get lids cause she didnt wanna make a scene, we got up and got some lids for her. We ate in and even after over 20 min they still didn't fill the lids. Husband had to go back for the correct sandwich as they made the first one wrong. Incredibly slow service. Tables were filthy and the staff were very slow. As someone who has worked fast food in a chicken place, the communication here is horrible to customers and among the staff, if there is gonna be a wait for fresh chicken the customer should be told and updated once it is almost ready. There was a good amount of people in the dinning room, mainly waiting for their food. The person in the polo shirt did not look like he wanted the be there and gave a hard time when people told him the lids needed a refill. From order to receiving food. Most of the customers waited minimum 10 minutes.
