  Nice people and fast service. Ice cream's the usual Dairy Queen goodness. Love the late night hours.

  Check your food for hair, nobody at this location wears hair nets, which is mandatory at all commercial kitchens. Hard to understand thick accents at the counter with how loud all the machinery is in the back. But aside from that, staff is friendly, food is about as good as you can expect from a deep fryer or a microwave.

  Where to start. First of all I generally have no complaints about the food. The ice cream has always been classically delicious. Even the non ice cream menu items are great too. I particularly love the pretzel sticks with zesty queso. The prices are a little steep but to some it’s worth it. Now about the service. I’m not sure who hired the three employees who often work there, but let’s just say they are definitely the dullest tools of the shed. They are often getting my order wrong, I sometimes see all three working on one order at a time (which is very unnecessary) when there are multiple customers. It took them almost 25 minutes to make two blizzards for me and my friend (which were the wrong ones), and they also often peer over the counter when I’m paying to see if I tip, often meeting me with unpleasantness after they see me click no tip. In my opinion, this level of incompetence doesn’t deserve one. Dairy Queen really needs a higher hiring bar because I have seen higher levels of intelligence in rocks.

  This Dairy Queen is pretty standard. The food is good and ice cream is great. Unfortunately the employee experience at this location was absolutely awful. The three bungling bafoons that served me took nearly 15 minutes to complete a simple order for me and my friend. As I waited I witnessed all three of them carry one machine to the back spend 5 minutes back there then all three return and work on it together, rather that serving the customers. As this happened a finished cone belonging to a customer next to me sat peacefully on the counter as the fellow customer begin to become restless. Finally 15 minutes later I received my ice cream. I think the employees need to be better trained.

  Just paid 25$ for a 4pcx chicken strips combo, a drink and 2 blizzards (for which i had a coupon). There was a total of maybe 4 fries and the chicken strips were so small. Also fries were stale and couldnt even eat them. Very disappointed ☹️
