Jennifer was our server, she was fantastic! Great personality, efficient, considerate and just all around great. Last time I went to Swiss chalet was before my ima passed. So this was a little of a sentimental experience, but overall couldn’t have been more impressed. Caesar wasn’t anything to brag about but was good. The maple whiskey sour was delicious. Loaded Perogis were spot on. The festival chicken dinner was also very well done. Bravo to the chefs for the food along with the other employees contributing in all their different ways. Keep it up! 👊

I had come to the plaza and bought Tim Hortons from the same plaza and then went to my pilates class in the plaza right beside, parking my car in front of the swiss chalet. Walking out of my class, the owner started walking towards my car and speaking extremely rudely to me saying he would tow my car next time I parked there because it’s for swiss chalet customers. Mind you, there is no sign indicating that and the plaza has many shops of which I was a customer of one. AND he saw me when I originally parked and WAITED for me, a young woman to come out of the studio and walked close to my car. An old man walking towards a young woman and her car. Not only does he have no social awareness, but he’s also just wrong in his complaints as that was not a city-approved swiss chalet only parking spot. Additionally, there was an abundance of parking available still, so it’s not like I was taking away a spot from someone else. Very disappointing experience as it was my first time in this plaza and I was yelled at for a one-off.
- MMMichael MichaelSep 19, 20261.0Stopped at Georgetown for Swiss Chalet lunch takeout at 320 Guelph St. Ordered the Rotisserie Chicken Club Wrap, new Mac and Cheese with buffalo chicken, and cheese perogies appetizer. Unfortunately this has to be one of the worst locations of Swiss Chalet I've ever had the pleasure to eat from. Rotisserie Chicken Club Wrap was a big disappointment. The actual tortilla wrap was soggy and mushy and uncooked. Mac and cheese with buffalo chicken had no little to no cheese but a lot of breadcrumbs, overall nothing special. The small chopped up Buffalo chicken strips gave it some kick and saved the dish. The only thing that saved the lunch was the cheese perogies which was good and funny enough the item that comes frozen and heated up. Unfortunately for the quality of food you get for your hard earned money it's definitely not worth it at this location. I've had the wraps taste much better at other locations. Maybe this is one of the reasons why Swiss Chalet is dying as a franchise. The quality needs to improve.
