  I asked for two thongs with my food Arbys sauce and Ketchup Apparently that was to much of an ask $26 dollars for food no condiments worst arbies ever I mean ever

  Used to love treating my self to Arby’s once and a while just grabbed two single combos for me and my friend. one sandwich had like nothing on it, other was not even close to the pic either, just basically paid 30 dollars for bread and very little cheese or meat. Every time I come seems to be less and less yet the price goes up. Idk if it’s new owners or what the deal is but it’s going down hill fast. I don’t mind paying for a meal but least give me what I paid for. For record the Arby’s owner replied to this review asked me to reach out to a link below as you can see and explain what happened which I did and no one got back to me lmao zero customer service here and super slimy about portions. And For the owner replying to everyone’s 1 star review saying reach out to this link and someone will get back to you, don’t offer anything if you can’t deliver. Super disappointed

  Place use to be good, now this location doesnt have straight cut fries, no chicken cordon blue, 1 chickenfinger in the buffalo sandwich, no bacon on the bacon chedder, use hotdog buns instead of the nice kaiser ones, dont sell the little sliders anymore, in 1 months time half of the menu is no longer available. This location obviously cant survive in fort erie.
