  Ordered some chicken and a ceasar salad for pickup. Came home with it and everything was great until I opened the ceasar salad. Barely enough lettuce for a newborn rabbit, the tiny container was barely half full. I found about 10 flakes of parmessan cheese and the bacon bits well I found 3. Never again will I ever buy and overpriced salad from here again, for the price of $6.99 this is very disappointing.

  I recently dined at this place and had a really enjoyable experience. It’s always a dependable spot when you’re craving comfort food.

  I door dashed my meal from this store because both my fiance and I are sick. We got our order and I was missing gravy for my chicken poutine. I called the store and a lady answered so I explained the situation. She said the gravy was in the bag cause she put it in there. So I again explained it wasn’t. She then said there was nothing they could do and to put a refund through DoorDash. So I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager. I then asked to speak to a supervisor and all of a sudden another guy comes on the phone super apologetic. He said to go through door dash and say I never received the item and re order it and that he would put in some apple pies for the trouble. Well after an hour of waiting for food I finally get it. And no apple pies like he promised. I’m not surprised. What a waste of time. Won’t be going here again. I wish there was a zero star rating for this store.

  First off manager was great there. I'm a fan of having Harvey's at a Swiss chalet store but not so much of a Swiss chalet at a Harvey's store. Although the fries were pretty good. I like my Swiss to be a bit higher end than fast food.
