  So went through drive thru which we regret every single time going to this location drive thru . So once again we drive away and our meal is messed up once again . So we turn around bring in the 1 burger that was wrong the reciept was correct they had the wrong toppings AGAIN!!!!! They make another one and give me a refund , okay fine thats good . So drive away again and my husband says they gave me the wrong wrap 😕!! Angry,frustrated and hungry we dont go back and are actually done with Macdonalds . With all the frustrations EVERY SINGLE TIME ( which is probably once every few months ) Im not going back . It really helps when you have people at the window taking your order that understand English instead of having to repeat yourself 5 times and STILL get your order wrong !!

  I ordered ahead on the app then I went to drive-thru to the inside lane and waited at the speaker, then I said 'hello'. No answer. Then another car drove up to the other speaker on the outside lane, and right away someone spoke to them. I just drove up to the window and politely explained what happened. She sincerely apologized. No big deal. Gave her my order code and moved to the next window. They gave me the wrong drink to which I quickly handed back to them. No biggie. They handed me correct drink then told me to go to the dedicated 'wait-for-your-order' spot. Really?? Not only is it a small meal (small fry and mcdouble) but I ordered ahead of time :(

  Ive been to numerous mcdonalds and what makes this one stand out the most is the service. The staff on more than one occasion went out of their way to help me with app related issues and provide exceptional service. The people at any establishment make all the difference and I want to give a shout out to these wonderful folks.
