  I don’t usually write restaurant reviews, but after my experience at Harvey’s, I felt morally obligated to inform the public. First of all, Omar (I’m assuming he runs the place because he had “CEO of Good Vibes” energy) was unbelievably polite. This man looked so well-groomed and sharp that I genuinely checked my own reflection in the window afterward out of embarrassment. Perfectly trimmed beard, calm attitude, and customer service so good it felt like I accidentally walked into a luxury hotel instead of a burger place. Omar greeted everyone like they were long-lost family members returning from war. I’m pretty sure he could solve international conflicts with the way he speaks to people. At one point I asked for extra napkins and he handed them over with such professionalism that I almost thanked him for his service. Now let’s discuss the food. The burger? Outstanding. Built with the precision of a NASA engineer. The fries were so fresh and crispy they sounded like someone stepping on autumn leaves. The onion rings had the perfect crunch-to-onion ratio — a scientific achievement rarely seen in modern civilization. And then there was the girl at the counter, I think her name was Desiree. Listen… whoever she is, she deserves employee of the month for the next 7 consecutive years. Extremely sweet, super friendly, and somehow managed to be both adorable and efficient at the same time. She smiled once and half the restaurant suddenly forgot what they were ordering. I watched a grown man panic and ask for “uhhh… burger fries drink combo thing” because he completely lost his train of thought. The entire atmosphere was amazing. Clean restaurant, fast service, good music, and staff that actually seemed happy to be there — which in 2026 is rarer than spotting a unicorn in a Tim Hortons parking lot. Overall: Food: 10/10 Service: 15/10 Omar’s beard lineup: 20/10 Desiree’s customer service: dangerously charming/10 Would absolutely come back. Honestly one of the best Harvey’s experiences I’ve had in my life.

  I ordered Buffalo Chicken nuggets on Doordash. When they arrived the chicken nuggets were still frozen. They just took the nuggets out of the freezer and put sauce on them and threw them into a box. They were so cold even the box was cold from the outside. This is completely unacceptable.
