  Everytime I go to McDonald's and get a decafe coffee i have to wait for it. I ordered 2 coffee . Paid for and didnt get them . U suck McDonald's

  It used to be super fast when you ordered in the drive thru, but now you are waiting 15 minutes for a McDouble or an Egg McMuffin. I know they might be busy and all, but they seem to get overwhelmed with only 2-3 cars in the drive thru, with small orders. It used to be they would park big orders to get the small orders out but now it seems they just park everyone. I know that sometimes they are waiting on stuff to cook but it seems they never have anything in the heating shelves. Or other times you are sitting there as they stand by the window while 3-4 are messing around infront of you not doing their jobs, and they don’t tell you why you are waiting you just sit there. Something needs to be fixed by either the area supervisor, cause something ain’t working properly.

  Told staff twice (two different staff members) that the ketchup was out. They were super nice, but didn't fix it. No ketchup with our meal, and it was still out when I left.
