    I ordered uber eats , I called the staff when order was made for a easy request , ( please put dry Cajun on the side , I said please don’t make it saucy just dry Cajun on the side ) this was first time doing uber with wingstop and they didn’t have the option for my request. The lady in the phone say my name and confirmed my order with me , she was not rude but was very pushy as they probably were busy. The food comes and it’s completely wrong no dry Cajun on the side and complete sauced wings with hot sauce I can’t handle . I called to explain how I was unhappy , one girl started laughing about me complaining about dry Cajun , she actually called me ( it’s the dry Cajun guy haha) , so the other lady came on the phone , the one I originally asked for my small requests, I say “small” because it’s just such an easy thing to do , this girl just said oh we will make you new ones come back . I love wingstop , Idont like that the new location is bad with customer service, its sucks !

    It was our first visit ever to a Wingstop and was pleasantly surprised by the entire experience. It’s not often that a new spot hits all the marks, but the "meal for two" was standout from start to finish for me. The restaurant has an interesting design that feels both modern though there are no televisions. One of the highlights is the striking "Rexdale" graffiti, which adds a great layer of character and community pride to the space. I'm sure there will be plenty of photos from others or already posted. Beyond the aesthetics, the comfort level was of good quality. The General Manager was incredibly friendly, taking the time to check in on us and ensure everything was good. The wings and friess were great. I’ll be back to explore more of the menu!

    I recently visited this Wingstop for the first time, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, taking the time to guide me through the menu with ease. My order arrived exactly as it should—the wings and fries were served piping hot, and I was impressed by the generous size of the wings. I left the meal feeling completely full and satisfied. As a thoughtful bonus, the team even offered additional dipping sauce at no extra cost, which really highlighted their commitment to great service. I’ll definitely be back!

    I had a very disappointing experience at this Wingstop location. The lady employee I dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional. As an Uber Eats delivery driver, I expect basic respect and clear communication, but unfortunately, she didn’t seem to know how to interact with delivery drivers at all. She didn’t give me the order and didn’t provide any proper explanation, which caused unnecessary delay and frustration. There was no courtesy or willingness to help, and her attitude made the whole pickup process stressful. Delivery drivers are an important part of the business, and we deserve to be treated with respect just like any other customer. I hope management takes this seriously and provides better training to staff on how to communicate and handle delivery partners professionally.

    So let's check those boxes!!! Food 5 stars: prices solid for what I got and my Mango Habanero was actually Spivey not white people spicy and lemon peppers fries are spiritual! Service 10 stars: Harpreet ( happy ) was amazing and you know I'm not easily impressed. She was happy, positive and when she tried to do the upsell for better fries she was engaging. It doesn't take much but you can see effort and energy. The cooking staff Jonny and the other dude ( sorry bro didn't get your name ) did a great job my food was hot and delicious Atmosphere 10 stars: this place looks AMAZING!!! it doesn't look boring or systematic like every other food place with Radom generic pics on the walls and shit. Best look for a restaurant in a long long time. Makes me remember the good old McDonald days when restaurants had a style and vibe. Now they all look dead like society as a whole. I will 2000% be back and hopefully see Happy's smiling face 😁
