  Without a doubt, this is the slowest KFC/Taco Bell in Canada. Drive thru or going inside; doesn't matter. Be ready to wait 15-20 minutes for your order regardless of how many people are ahead of you in line; which will always be long. If you see a line of cars in the drive thru spilling out into the parking lot (which is literally all the time) just drive on past and save yourself 30 minutes of waiting.

  Very slow service from drive thru….waited for 20 min and once I reached to speaker they said system is down and not taking orders anymore !!… so right away I ordered through Uber eats and it got accepted. If the system is down then at least close the drive thru !!! It’s not that hard. Really disappointed with this experience.

  They’re absolutely clueless here, you can say the order out loud and clear & they still don’t get it or don’t understand. Inside is filthy, tables dirty, counters with food or spills of soda just disgusting. Whole soda machines out, all flat and not having any soda refilled. All Kiosk Machines down as well which is such an inconvenience because i could’ve ordered way easier and simpler on there than ordering with that girl on cash that doesn’t even know how to count money or punch in orders. While waiting for my food everyone went back up to counter to complain about their order, that it was incorrect even people from drive through. Ridiculous, don’t come to this location.

  This has to be the worst fast food experience ever. 3 soft supreme takes 20 min???? Whole kitchen just laughing, checking phones and standing around. I'm staring at them and the worker says " what's up boss?" What? I then have to ask for the manager who is nowhere to be found and the cashier asks my order??? Then it's sitting right there and done.... What? I would avoid this place at all costs. I'm a huge Taco Bell fan and I'll never ever go there again. Avoid

  I got my order taken at the drive thru then proceeded to the first window. Waited around 3 minutes the car ahead of me had left already so I decided to move up to the next window expecting to pay there. The lady started yelling at me saying I needed to pay at the first window I explained what happened and asked if I can pay here she said no for me to drive around back to the first window even tho there were five cars behind me. She made it seem like I was trying to steal a taco… I never write bad reviews especially for fast food places but this girl had the most outrageous attitude. This issue could’ve been solved if someone were at the front window instead of someone insinuating im stealing an $8 taco let’s be for real here
