Terrible service I don’t know why ; you have to ask several times to get your order right I don’t know if it’s a language barrier or ignorance but it’s more like an ignorance. They don’t really care what they do there. And you are just a number in a cash register. Sad - very sad …..

I visited the Queensway location today and was very disappointed with both the customer service and how my request was handled. I ordered a Fry Supreme and one hard-shell taco. I politely asked if the lettuce could be substituted with tomato. This wasn’t an extra topping or additional protein—it was simply a substitution. I’ve made this exact request before at the same location without any issues, including just a few days ago when the evening manager accommodated it ( Saturday night ) . Today, however, the cashier immediately argued with me and insisted it couldn’t be done unless I paid an extra charge. I explained that I avoid lettuce because I have a sensitive stomach and gastrointestinal issues, and with the recent lettuce recalls in both Canada and the U.S., I prefer not to eat it. Despite explaining my concerns, the manager also refused to make the substitution and stated there were “absolutely no substitutions.” As a result, I ended up paying for food that wasn’t made the way I requested. My taco ended up containing only the protein and cheese, and with the fries supreme it totaled 9$ the experience left me feeling unheard and dismissed. What disappointed me most wasn’t the refusal itself—it was the lack of empathy and professionalism. The cashier was argumentative, and the manager didn’t make any effort to listen or offer an alternative solution. Customer service should involve treating people with respect, especially when they have dietary concerns, and as a former restaurant employee myself and previous managers of restaurant I was beyond disappointed with the way I was treated and the hospitality from the staff was alarming , I hope this location provides additional customer service training for its staff and empowers managers to handle reasonable requests more professionally. Based on this experience, I will think twice before returning to this location.

Fairly clean location, but service is always very slow. My son’s tacos were good so I’ll give them two stars for that, but they forgot the extra nacho cheese sauce I paid for, and the 6 piece nuggets I got were tiny and *badly* overcooked. Bit into the first one and it was rock hard. Worst nugget's I’ve had

The drive-thru line was incredibly long, and I ended up waiting 2 hours just to pick up the order. The wait was so bad that one customer ahead of me became so frustrated they left the line without getting their food. There was no communication about the delay, and the service was extremely slow. This is completely unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant.

I hate writing negative reviews, but unfortunately this location has consistently gotten my order wrong. Almost every time I come here, something is missing, my order is incorrect, the portions are noticeably smaller than they should be, and it always takes an unusually long time to get your food. This time, I went through the drive-thru, my order was made incorrectly, and they completely forgot one of the meals. I had to drive back around, but instead of trying to fix the situation or even apologize, the staff didn't seem to care or make any effort to help. I understand that mistakes happen, but when it's the same issues almost every visit long wait times, incorrect orders, missing items, and poor customer service it becomes frustrating. This location has been consistently disappointing.
