  This place is extremely slow. I'm literally the only person here and I can understand why it's taken 20 min to get one taco, one nacho fries supreme and a drink. Why??? The portions are so small compared to other locations. No napkins given either

  I ordered a black bean grilled cheese burrito which is vegetarian and they sent me rice meat and cheese wrapped up. i called to get it rectified and there are nothing but idiots working there. disgusting. will dispute the charge with my bank. i dont even leave reviews but this was handled so poorly.

  This is a KFC/Taco Bell restaurant and conveniently located off the highway. Parking was free and plenty. Accessible contactless entrance was available. Ordering kiosks available to choose from a large menu. Dining was big with outdoor sitting area too. Service was slow and while it was not busy, took 15 min to deliver order. There was a drive thru too. Although they messed up our order and forgot one of our items, overall was a fine experience.

  Worst Taco Bell. Expect something missing. (Uber orders as I work nearby) First time I got no beans in my meal? I’m vegetarian, I got lettuce and cheese. Second time, all beef. Third time ALL WET! Three combos soaking wet like as if someone drenched it under water and no it wasn’t our drinks. Fourth time (my last), cheese sauce on the side half full, burrito with no sauces just hunks of beans THATS IT. No straws, no forks, wrong sauce on the side ( ordered spicy ranch got avocado ranch) burrito was half the size literally like 4 inches??? No cheese or sour cream on my SUPREME fries, again chunks of beans. Ordered hot sauce and diablo, only got fire? This place can only get the drinks right without straws ofc. Better off driving to Brampton, I’ve never had an issue there. This place really sucks and I don’t write bad reviews. I went in person once and just like the other reviews no one took my order for 15 minutes and then it took like 30 minutes to make my single combo order? I was on a lunch break and was late getting back.

  Absolutely Terrible Experience — Avoid This Location This place is an absolute joke. How can you call yourself fast food when customers are left standing around waiting forever for a simple order? I waited over 15 minutes for my food, while delivery orders kept coming in. I asked why they don’t shut off Uber orders when they’re clearly overwhelmed, and the response was basically a shrug: “I can’t”. Seriously? I understand the workers are doing their best, and this isn’t necessarily their fault, but management is completely failing this location. There are clearly not enough staff, and the operation is completely overwhelmed. Even delivery drivers have told me that this kind of ridiculous wait is normal at this location. If you’re looking for fast food, go somewhere else. You’ll probably get your food faster at a sit-down restaurant. This location needs better staffing, better management, and some serious changes because this is completely unacceptable. Never again.
