I'd like to commend the team at KFC/Taco Bell for their outstanding service. I placed my order for both KFC and Taco Bell at around 10:15 p.m., during what was clearly a very busy time. Despite the rush, the staff remained calm, organized, and worked incredibly hard to keep orders moving. Everyone seemed to be supporting one another, and their teamwork was impressive.
The food was fresh, hot, and prepared well, even with the high volume of customers. It was clear that the team was doing everything they could to serve everyone as quickly and efficiently as possible.
I also noticed that a few Uber Eats drivers were becoming impatient and unnecessarily upset about their orders. While I understand they have delivery schedules to meet, it was obvious the restaurant was extremely busy, and the staff were already working as fast as they could. A little patience and understanding would have been appreciated.
Overall, I really appreciate the dedication, professionalism, and hard work of the entire KFC/Taco Bell team. They handled a challenging late-night rush exceptionally well, and their efforts deserve recognition. Thank you for the excellent service—keep up the great work!
36-minute pickup wait – absolute operational failure
Pickup time: 10:07 PM
Food received: 10:43 PM
Wait time: 36 minutes
Let me be clear: I am a delivery courier. I know how restaurants work. I know the difference between a busy night and a broken system. This was broken.
From the moment I arrived, there was no greeting, no acknowledgment, no eye contact. Staff were running in circles, communicating exclusively in Punjabi and Hindi — which would be fine if anyone had taken two seconds to switch to English and tell the growing crowd of drivers and customers anything at all. But they didn't. Not once. Not a single update. No apology. No estimate. Nothing.
The waiting area was packed with increasingly agitated customers and couriers. Orders sat on the counter unclaimed while staff argued amongst themselves in disarray. No clear queue. No order management. No leadership.
My scheduled pickup was 10:07 PM. I walked out with the food at 10:43 PM. That is unacceptable for fast food. That is not a delay — that is a systemic collapse of basic operations.
I don't blame the workers. They looked exhausted, shell-shocked, and clearly undertrained. This is a management failure, plain and simple. Whoever is running this location needs to be replaced. The staff need real training — not just on cooking, but on communication, organization, and customer service.
SkipTheDishes needs to take this seriously. A 36-minute courier wait doesn't just ruin my time — it guarantees cold food, angry end customers, and bad reviews for Skip itself. Flag this location. Review their metrics. If they can't handle a standard pickup order, they don't belong on this platform.
I will never accept an order from this restaurant again. And I strongly advise every other courier to do the same until corporate steps in and cleans house.

Had an amazing Taco Bell experience! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was on point. Everything fresh and hot, just the way I want it. The tacos were perfectly crunchy, and the burrito? Loaded with all the good stuff—seasoned beef, cheese, rice and just the right amount of sauce. Every bite was bursting with flavor! Plus, the friendly staff made the whole experience even better.
Waited over 30 minutes for my order. When I asked how much longer it would take, the employee replied, “I don’t know,” then started yelling at me and ignored me when I tried to ask again. I wasn’t rude I just wanted an update. Very unprofessional customer service.
If I could, I would have given zero stars. Almost 15 mins, and no one was at the front desk to take our order. We had to call them thrice, upon which the lady with the specs felt like she was giving some attitude. Almost 6 people were working, it was not even busy; had to repeat our order. Waited for more than 25 minutes and then when asked for our order; we got a "oh you didn't get your order? can we please know what it was" . Like she did not just took our order before.
Please hire people who actually know some english and listen to what customers are saying. And just remove the note saying proudly Canadian owned and operated. Those people were continuously gossiping in their own language, learn to respect your customers; atleast speak english in front of them.
