  Wonderful service by Christine. Attentive to detail and food came out quickly. My only nitpick about the food is the slightly excessive use of salt. I didn’t expect the fries to be so salty (salt and pepper shakers are already on the table). The layout is nice and roomy here (unlike another Swiss Chalet we left due to a lack of tables and a preponderance of booths which are harder for seniors with walkers and wheelchairs).

  During my time at this place was probably the greatest experience I've ever had, The 2 waitress we had were wonderful named Brooklyn and Yasna they were the nicest people ever, the food was amazing I would recommend to go to this spot. it was amazing.

  This swiss chalet location fell off with the type of service I live for 7 years on Bloor and this place was always ideal spot to go with my family and eat unfortunately yesterday we had the worse experience my kids were starving me and my wife orderd 2 Caesars and we ended up waiting 1 hour the manager is slow and the staff are slow with no professional manner they all hide at the back every time we asked for are order I will always tell my friends and neighbors that this is not a recommended swiss chalet it literally fell off all staff including the manager lady are terrible.

  Came in with a stroller and thankfully my partner was there to open the doors, as neither accessibility button works. I told the staff, who said they’d pass it along. However, when leaving, I had to help an older lady with a walker, who mentioned she has been complaining about the same issue for months. It’s 2026…broken accessibility equipment needs to be fixed immediately!

  This place was great. The manager was lovely and the community that Swiss chalet has brought together is quite emotional for me because I used to work at Swiss as a kid and it is a great restaurant. Great people great atmosphere and employees are also so nice and the managers lovely this restaurant is so beautiful the lighting the tables are nice and clean, not sticky like other restaurants and the manager again it’s just lovely so thank you so much for giving me such a beautiful restaurant to eat at this and it’s so cheap $19 or two meals. That is absolutely beautiful and the friends and family that you could bring here just makes us an emotional level a whole Nother level thank you so much Swiss chalet if I could give this place on infinite star, I would
