Unfortunately, the food wasn’t great this time, but I felt it was important to leave a review because of the exceptional customer service I received. I didn’t get the employee’s name, but she had a neck tattoo and was working the takeout counter. She was incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming from start to finish. Even though I was disappointed with the food, her positive attitude and genuine care completely turned the experience around. She made me feel valued as a customer and handled everything with such warmth and professionalism that I left with a smile despite the issues with my order.

Every single time I order here, I end up waiting over 25 minutes—even during dead, off-peak hours when there’s no line. The staff is largely unresponsive, completely inattentive, and acts like serving customers is a massive burden. One front-counter staff member in particular brings a negative attitude every single shift and clearly has zero interest in being there. If you hate your job that much, just quit instead of taking it out on customers. Management urgently needs to address staff attitude and fix their order fulfillment speed.
