  Had such a great experience thanks to Heni! She definitely took her time making our sandwiches, was super friendly, and honestly gave us the best experience I’ve had in a long time. Amazing service — thank you, Heni, you were fantastic!

  More training with staff is definitely needed. The lady was very confused and waited over 10 minutes before she showed up. Imagine my surprise when I ordered a turkey sandwich and she didn’t put the turkey. 😭

  the girl working today on saturday, may 2nd, at 12:30pm was so rude. i didn’t want my sandwich toasted and wanted me vegetables on the side and she kept sighing when i asked, and making faces. customer service doesn’t take much.

  LOL, brand new renovated place and washrooms out of service.....they always lock it and say they same story, out of service....so they don't clean it....HOW CAN you have a food place open without warking washrooms, and the funny truth is....the guy that worked there, moved to work at timis, and even he said the same thing....they always lock it and keep saying the washroom is out of service so, yet if employees need to use the washroom its all clean for them....🤬😡
