Today i went in this subway around 8.30. One girls was watching phone continuously even i call her twice to take my order. She ignored me and pretended she is not listening. Me and wife still waited for her 5 minutes, she didn’t take our order. She
was very rude and such a bad service.

I wish I could give minus star review.The store is robbing customer money :I wanted to adjust driver tip as soon as I submitted the order , so I cancelled the order and reordered , then they charged me two orders total 66.68 dollar. For the cancelled order they said they already prepared the food, several seconds can’t prepared the food,Right? Then we also said you can also deliver as prepared and charged accordingly, but they charged both . If you wanna make money, had better by working hard not by robbing others money.

I ordered through subway app two footlong veggie subway. It barely have any veggies and sauce. I asked for olives and hot peepers but its missing in both subway its feel like i m eating just bread. I know there is promotion going on if you can’t meet the requirements of customer then cancel the promotion. Disappointing

I placed a pickup order through the Subway app, and my experience was extremely disappointing. Despite selecting both olives and spinach as extra toppings, my sandwich had none of either. On top of that, the amount of sauce was minimal and nowhere near what I requested.
I have attached photos as proof of these issues. This feels very misleading and unacceptable, as customers should receive exactly what they pay for. Based on this experience, I will not be visiting this store again.
