    I always have a positive welcome from the Host, it was busy but a got a nice seat soon after arriving , I had positive well timed service from Jon, he remembers my beverage choice, I had a very tasty Soup, Chicken and Pasta Dinner, always good food and good service every time. Thank you

    I dined here for lunch yesterday with my mom and sister. I ordered the Berry Crunch bowl and decided to add the shrimp. After waiting a long time for our food to arrive...my shrimp came not grilled. I advised the waitress Dawn who said she would take it away and bring new shrimp. Much to my dismay she came back several minutes later with an empty plate and had me remove the shrimp I had received and took that away to grill. It came back and at this point I did not want it any longer. A manager came and asked how our lunch was and I advised what had happened. I was given a credit for the shrimp. Which I didnt eat. A whole whopping 4.99 credit. On top of this my sister paid her bill with a gift card. Her meal was 19.26. The gift card was for 25.00 she was advised there was 1.77 left on the card. Is this the policy that you decide to tip yourself a 15% tip? Should the customer not be the one to decide? Should the card not have been charged exactly the cost or her meal and then the customer can decide on the tip portion? Can you please advise if somewhere it indicates a charge will automatically be taken?

The majority of our tables are available for walk-ins. Due to high business volumes requests may not be granted on weekend (Fri-Sun), please call the restaurant directly.
