  I visited McDonald’s around 1:15 AM and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The staff member working at that time came across as rude and unwelcoming. Customer service felt rushed, and the interaction made me feel uncomfortable. I understand late-night shifts can be tiring, but basic respect and professionalism still matter. I hope management looks into improving the customer experience during late hours.

  The day shift workers are great. The k my downside to this location is the night shift crew and manager. Not very professional at all. Maybe the franchise owner should come at night to see what all the complains are about

  This McDonald's seems very controlled with limited seating. Drinks, napkins and condiments all need to be given to you with order. It was nice and clean and food order was hot, perfectly made and delicious.

  Really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location tonight. I witnessed a group of teenagers who were paying customers getting yelled at by the night shift Filipino manager simply for sitting and playing cards while eating their food. They weren’t causing any problems or disturbing anyone, yet they were spoken to in a very rude and disrespectful manner. A restaurant should be welcoming to customers, especially when they’re following the rules and supporting the business. The way the situation was handled felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Definitely not the kind of atmosphere you expect when going to McDonald’s.

  Absolutely terrible service at the drive-thru of this location. I was given my order with missing items and i was left at the window for 5 mins. A short asian worker with her back towards me ignored me while she can clearly hear me honking for 3 mins. The date of incident was April 20, 2026 at approx 10pm est. I wasn’t able to get names but it was two workers, especially the short asian one that deliberately ignored my honking and left me at the drive thru window with an incomplete order i paid for. I will never come back to this location.
