  Food is always good and fresh in this location, unfortunately the washroom are always kinda wet and dirty. Other than that the staff try to keep it clean. The staff is also loud in their communication with each other. Other than that, the lake is close and the parking spot is huge.

  People don’t understand what you’re saying. You advertise you have a chicken Big Mac, you have signs on YOUR BUILDING and then tell me you don’t have it. What kind of misleading bull is this. Horrible service from your representative, should be ashamed of yourselves . Disgusting

  Can audibly hear a manager arguing and yelling at employees, making belittling and petty comments. The manager (or manager adjacent) lady with the bonnet has very poor customer service skills, was rude with me and I witnessed her being rude to other customers as well. Not welcoming nor friendly at all

  I have been frequenting this McDonald's location at least twice a week for the last two years. But there is a stark difference between the service in the evening versus the morning hours. In the evening the Manager Sunny is amazing and supper attentive. There is also a older lady who is super friendly to everyone and always helping carry customer meals to their tables or getting balloons for children and just being very friendly. If this was my only experience this store would get 5 stars. But the morning experience at this store is the total opposite. The manager in the morning who wears a grey shirt it very rude and degrading to staff and I have witnessed her yelling and berating the staff in front of customers multiple times. But the main issue is that she prioritizes the drive through over all the people who actually came into the restaurant. Yesterday while waiting for my order I watched as they put the items I ordered into the bag with my number on it. Then watched as the manager took the items out and told the staff the drive thru needed food first. After more than 10 minutes when I asked if my order was coming she rudely said "when your food is ready" and walked away. I will not return to this location in the morning and only return here for my childs kids meals moving forward.

  I'm not very happy with this McDonald's due to my experience today. At approximately 8:18am, we arrived in the restaurant and ordered via self-service. I placed an order for an egg and cheese mcmuffin combo at 8:21am. Several sandwiches were made and I saw an employee remove a label from my sandwich so that it could be delivered to another customer in drive-thru. At this point, the restaurant must've had 10 people waiting for their orders inside. There were also multiple employees cleaning the coffee and drink equipment, which should've been done during the night shift. At 8:29am I approached the manager (a red-haired stocky woman with a big nose) and asked about my sandwich. She didn't apologize and said she didn't have it. A couple minutes later, she had another of her employees provide me my meal. We left the restaurant, seeing a long line of cars at drive-thru. This isn't the first time where we witnessed this particular manager fail at managing the restaurant. She does not know how to communicate. She does not know how to lead. But my biggest issue with her is her prioritization of drive-thru customers over walk-ins. If you're unable to maintain a consistent level of service between drive- thru and the restaurant, then you shouldn't be allowed to service both. It's not fair that some customers get serviced better than others.
