  Service is bad , food is cold .they told they are busy .paid for what .had to get up 3 time in a row .to change my food . Do not buy dirty drink waste of money .full of ice .they even told me the ice is less . the warm the food and gave back .throw all the food in the restaurant only and I also saw a cashier dip her hand into the gravy of my food and serve to the back to me .plse check the food if you are buying from them . All money is my hard earn money had to leave and garbage them

  Worst KFC IN ONTARIO!!!! SERVICE IS SO BAD!!! EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE!! ORDERED MY FOOD AT 9:10 ON TUESDAY AND GOT IT SERVED at 9:50!! WASN'T TOLD OR INFORMED BY EMPLOYEES ABOUT WAIT FOR CHICKEN EASILY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN! WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF THERE WAS AN OPTION

  They can nevrr get your order before 30 mins holy shit these workers . Ordered one drink and been waiting for it for 30 mins already and so much uslesss attitude

  Staff make everything so easy and smooth, nothing special, I just ask and they just did , but now days it’s cost a lot Food was good fresh and crispy 💖

  After visiting this location today i have decided to never return. I placed a order around 3pm it was two separate orders and after the finish packaging the first one i was informed my second order would take 7 mins. I was watching the employees and they left my food to get cold, in the time it was waiting multiple for any order multiple people got served, when i ask for a refund it was a big deal i was able to get it in the end. I would recommended not coming here go somewhere else where they will care about your time and keeping your food hot
