  Had a really nice experience at KFC today. The food was fresh and tasty, and the environment was clean, calm, and welcoming. The palpasha were friendly and the service was quick. Definitely a good place to enjoy a meal with friends or family.

  I placed an online pickup order and specifically requested multiple times for the food to be made fresh. Unfortunately, the order I received was clearly stale and did not meet expectations at all. The quality and freshness of the food were disappointing, especially after emphasizing this request beforehand. Overall, the experience was unsatisfactory and not up to the standard I expect from KFC.

  We had a horrible experience today. We had to wait 25 mins for our order and most of it was wrong when we got home. I ordered dark meat only and got a mix of white & dark. We ordered 2 coleslaws and about 20 mins after our order was placed we were informed they didn’t have any. We asked for one of the coleslaws to be replaced with fries which were not added to our bag. We wanted a refund for the second side but the manager refused to do a return. By the time everything was ready, our fries were ice cold and the chicken was not up to their usual standard. Overall a very disappointing experience. We will not visit this location again.
