- YJYara Jawawdeh4 days ago1.0Absolutely not a pleasant experience. The food arrived completely cold, one of the meals was missing the chicken tenders, and they gave us the wrong salad instead of the one we ordered. The 7UP was so watered down that we had to throw it away because it tasted like plain water. To make things even worse, the chicken tenders were extremely dry and hard—so hard they could almost break your teeth. It was obvious they were old and not freshly made. Overall, this meal was a complete waste of money. I am very disappointed and definitely expected much better from KFC. I won’t be ordering again unless the quality and service improve.
