Stopped in for some quick food, served cold. Asked for it to be swapped, 10 minute wait. It was delicious after the wait, just surprised they're serving cold chicken.

We went there withy family and we were really surprised with the level of hospitality they have shown to us. Special thanks to Barth who was really kind and friendly the whole time.

Extremely disappointing customer service. The lady working here was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and clearly has no idea how to speak to customers professionally. Her attitude was completely unnecessary, and the way she treated me made the entire experience unpleasant. Everyone can have a bad day, but treating customers this way is not acceptable, especially when you’re representing a major brand like KFC. Management seriously needs to address this employee’s behaviour and provide proper customer-service training. I strongly recommend that management review what happened and take appropriate action. Customers come here to spend their money and should at least be treated with basic respect and courtesy. Absolutely unacceptable service.

This is the third time I came here around 10:44 to be exact p.m. and they’re saying they don’t have a chicken so KFC doesn’t have a chicken which they only sell and in website and everything is showing open
